Location is ideal, in close proximity to the Tram, the Metro and shops or restaurants. Also the restaurant on the top floor was superb with fantastic staff and is a must for a stay in this hotel.

On arrival the reception staff claimed I hadn't prepaid for my room several times, despite me showing a Booking.com receipt to staff. They eventually admitted I had paid and although it was an unwelcome issue to face on arrival, it was easily resolved. Staff also advised that they knew very little about the Metro and instead recommended a private taxi which was quoted at 100 euro instead, despite the obvious convenience of the Metro to our location. Other than that we had a fantastic stay.

I liked the Sauna and rooftop restaurant. I also liked the location. It was close distance for all kinds of shopping even if you wanted 15 min walk to mall catch taxi back if you go overboard. The rooms are equivalent to a decent 2.5 to 3 star US hotel. I felt safe to explore alone staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

It is a smoking hotel and if you dont smoke you may have to switch your room. I had to change 3 times, they do not where masks and it was very crowded the pool was not open fitness equipment very old. It was an old hotel. The picture doesn't tell complete story.

The hotel was friendly and clean, the room adequate for myself and 2 teen sons to sleep and have a bit of space. Shower worked well. The breakfasts were ample with a rich variety of Turkish produce and cheeses, salads, eggs, breads, soups. The rooftop has a lovely view of the sea of Marmara and surrounding landmark mosques and structures. The lobby is comfortable to sit when awaiting a cab. The clientele was quite international.

While the lower level wellness area was staffed with friendly personnel, clean and there was a small pool, there is no real "fitness" only 3 machines, 2 out of 3 which worked in a very tight dark space. Better to invest in some weights, a rowing machine, a cross country machine and some mats and exercise balls etc with a bit more well-lit space. These are not so expensive The sauna worked well and was clean. The hammam however was not heated enough.

I ask pick up and I suppose to be by taxi but I surprised it’s by buss and I was alone no need for bus the driver was very polite but first person that I meet in the airport was very rude - and give orders like ( stay her - come her) and even don’t help with luggage I ask him to help because we will across the road to meet the driver of the bus that he will drop me to the hotel ( to pay 50€ for this experience I prefer to take bus from station and pay 30TL.

The hotel was perfectly located, the facilities were great. The staff were amazing. The spa facilities were also really good.

The food at the rooftop bar was poor unfortunately. We didn't get the food we ordered and our burgers came as sandwiches as there were no burger buns. The meat also wasn't chicken.

Hotel hospitality was the best I’ve ever seen. always helping when you need something and the staff are all nice and amazing as well! definitely would recommend to friends and others when asking about places to stay in Istanbul!

I was travelling with my two sisters and their two sons, the boys have special need and some learning difficulties. the staff at the hotel could not have been any nicer to them. they made them feel very welcome, greeting them warmly every time we saw them in the restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offering them little free treats, engaging with them, they made the holiday extra special for all of us.

Hotel was nice and the location is perfect. I like the breakfast and the facilities weren’t bad at all. Kudos to Anas the receptionist, such a great guy. He helped us with an early check in and arranged some tour services for us.

Rooms aren’t soundproof, but this seems a big problem in all buildings in Istanbul not just this hotel. Elevators are small and busy all the time

I like the location of this hotel. Its really close to metro and tram stations and so easy to come to all tourists attractions. All in hotel including the worker are really nice. Breakfast very nice.

Superb service and attentive staff. The hotel is very well located close to all amenities. I have stayed there several times and I now send people I know there. Address to keep 👍🏽
