Every thing is good the location was very good snd the staff are very kind and helpful Especially Fatih in the reception

Klas Hotel is located in Laleli near Istanbul university, attracts an excellent location and connections with the main metro and tramline destinations, even walking. The upgraded room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fair. Would like to thank staff for their hospitality, Mr Harun, Siyar, Emre, Huseyin.

Repeated breakfast items with not much variety. Some rooms like the ones in the first floor were so small, no views and no space to hang clothes or keep items. This was upgraded when explained to the reception.

we were here at a very busy time and the lobby of the hotel was always full of people, yet somehow the reception staff found a way to give us any of the help we needed within just a few minutes. the hotel is clean and convenient to all the major istanbul sites, but not right in the heart of sultanahmet. my only complaints are that the rooms and bathrooms are pretty small, but very clean and well-maintained, and that the room can be noisy at night because the hotel is close to a disco or restaurant with a live band. but to be fair, i was usually very tired at the end of every day, so would fall asleep pretty early regardless of the music and don't really know what time it stopped at, so it may not be a big concern.

The best experience! It was my first time in Istanbul and all of the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The location is perfect and walking distance from so many sites and food/shopping areas. You can take the tram or a taxi easily if you don’t want to walk. Concierge managers Harun and Husein were so nice and accommodating. I needed to get a last minute taxi to the airport and the booked one immediately and gave me some amazing turkish tea in the meantime!

To be honest every was perfect, this is my 9th time here! And still love it! Other hotels they are too strict and somehow offensive BUT Klas hotel, you feel like HOME The restaurant is delicious, even if you exceed the time, they will wait for you till you finish! The room are super clean and big even for the most economic one. And we upgraded to the suite just for 30$/€ To mention MEHMET IN THE LOBBY IS SO SO SO WELCOMING, Klas Hotel if you read this, MEHMET KURAN IS A JEWEL, he helped us with everything and his multi language. The bed is COMFY SO SO MUCH The area is surrounded by supermarkets and shops !

The chef at diners could make some efforts to improve the menu , because it was almost the same menu every night

I have been traveling for 3 straight months. This was my final stop and I was anxious what I was going to experience. 9 countries and countless hotel bedrooms later, this newly opened hotel was a wonderful end to a long business trip. This small, newly opened boutique hotel is part of a family run small chain. From the moment I arrived, the owner and his team were constantly at hand to offer great advice, help with bookings and make recommendations. Location is very good area.Also, The hotel was quite renovated and the walls smelled immaculate ! I will make a reservation again !

Ive stayed around this area 3 times now, the hotels itself is very good, the staff are the absolute best. They looked after me and my family very well. They made the stay so much better. All reception staff and butlers were exceptional. When i had an issue they upgraded me without hesitation. Daily cleaning and water bottles, helping me book transport. Giving me info . Overall a great hotel with great staff.

Really good location, walking distance to most things we wanted to see. The Spice Bazaar is right in front of the hotel and 10 minutes from the Grand Bazaar. Moreover, we walked to many other attractions! The hotel itself is very beautiful. Very very good breakfast! We stayed in the family room. There was a separate room within the room for our children and another bathroom of their own. Since our room was facing the exterior, we could see the people passing by on the street. Our daily cleaning was never interrupted.
