The Hotel is a lovely and the location is great as it is very close to the Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace. The tram stop is a few minutes away. The hotel itself was lovely , clean , the room was big and comfy. The staff were great too. I would to mention two exceptional gentlemen who went out of their way to make our time there special and feel like home. They are ABDUL MATEEN and SHAMSODIEN who asssited us in the breakfast area. They deserve recogition and are a valuble assest to your establishment. The restaurant manager was also very good, friendly and remembered my wifes dietary requirements .

Having stayed in many hotels all over i simply could not understand how your hotel does not have an iron and ironing board. Even though you have a laundry service the complementary iron is a must have for any hotel . Very disappointed in this and it is a small detail to make one choose alternate accomadation.

We liked basically everything. Location is close to everything but not noisy, lots of restaurants and shops around, walking distance to all the historical points. Spacious rooms, new furniture, we asked for a baby cot and we got it. Have tea and snacks for the guests all day long. Tasty breakfast with a wonderful view of the city. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends.

They offer sauna and hammam for the guests, but hammam didn’t work and the sauna is right in front of the reception with no chill out zone which feels a bit weird, but it’s free so can’t complain really.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, hygienic, and beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Nothing ! It was a great experience

Everything was amazing, the hotel is extremely clean and the facilities are great! They have an awesome breakfast very diversified! The staff is very friendly and nice , they change everyday the towels and very receptive with everything you need! By the reception they help us with everything we need very kind, also they give us a map with the important turistic points and explanation everything we need. Also the facility for spa are awesome is a must to try it! I really recommend this hotel, can’t wait for our next trip to go again there! 😃

Location is very close to main attractions , few mins walk to Sultan Ahmet and Aya Sofia. Tram station is few mins walk. Staff are nice and friendly. View from Restaurant is amazing.

I stayed for few days in Marmara room top floor with balcony and sea view. View was great however there are few points to mention: The mattress was very firm not to everyone’s likings and also the bed was bit short I had to sleep diagonally. Also there is no barrier between balcony so guests can’t have full privacy and there is not roof so if it rains it will not be able to use. Breakfast could have be better, would suggest coffee machine and varieties of juices. Quality of food was ok but some items need better quality.

Excellent location at Sultanahmet just walking distance to Hagia Sofia, The Blue Mosque and The Topkapi Palace... Friendly staff especially Isa who help is with the check in and showing us how to buy Istanbul Card and travel to Kabatas Piers for our Bosphorus Cruise and the 7-Mila restaurant offered variety of Turkish food to try .. Should provide Iron and board in the room

Location was Good. Breakfast was enjoyable with Bilal and his team. Though the Original Room I booked was unavailable due to repairs the Manager was very accommodating to see that we had a comfortable stay. I wish they had informed me earlier though. Room views were great and clean. The hotel is very well connected with most of the Tourist spots close by. I would request the Management to refrain from giving paper cups for drinking water and having tea or coffee. This does not befit a hotel of your stature. Overall a good experience with good amenities and friendly staff.

Nice hotel in a great location. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were particularly nice and very helpful about the best place to visit and where to avoid. There is a nice terrace with views across the city.

The breakfast was ok, but with odd combinations (broccoli and mixed veg one morning!). Decor is tired and the pavements and traffic around the hotel are awful.

That’s where Europe meets Asia!! You won’t find a better location if you’re in for the historical part of your trip to Istanbul!! “A” category sightseeing is only a walking distance away right in the middle of this beautiful city! The hotel itself was definitely what it promised to be! Huge rooms, enormous beds, clean and spacious bathrooms, fantastic view from your breakfast table! It even has its own little hamam, if you don’t want to go outside the hotel to visit one! But the best aspect of the Innova Hotel I’d say was the personnel!! Very friendly, polite, caring, they answer your questions before you ask them. They help you organise your trip the best possible way! Ilker, you made our stay very pleasant and unforgettable! Great location and very responsive staff, everyone was always ready to help. Spacios, nice and clean rooms. My mom was staying in another room and got free upgrade to a room with a view to the sea. I'd probably choose this hotel again if I'll ever visit Istanbul again.
