The staff was very nice and kind. They were very helpful during our stay and even helped us with purchasing attractions tickets from the turkish website. There was a rooftop floor where the view was amazing and we could stay there any time of the day. The room was very quiet and we didn't really listen any noise from the outside. It's definitely worth the price.

We stayed for a week and didn't get a cleaner any of the days. Would be nice if we had cleaning at least once. The fridge wasn't working

An enjoyable stay, the staff were very accommodating and helpful; for the price I paid through Booking.com it was a very good deal.

There is a slight problem with the address information as provided by the Booking.com website. The Hotel name as signed on the building itself does not include the word 'park' which created confusion when asking for directions locally. This was not helped by the lack of a street number.

Great and friendly staff, great location (a walking distance from the touristic attractions), we accidentally booked a room in the basement without knowing but the staff was kind enough to change our room free of charge! The terrace had a great view, everything was clean and working

We arrived to the hotel when the terrace was being renovated so there was no breakfast but we were still able to sit on the terrace with our own food/drinks.

The guy from reception was very helpful and polite. We arrived before checkin time, but he find the room for us. Also he kindly allowed us to stay after checkout time. He help to get taxi to airport. I think for this money is good place.

It's my second time here and as always everything was perfect, very easy location to find and to get all attractions I will really recommend this resort because the people working there are very nice, friendly and very clean place and the city view and sea view was amazing by the way I love it patlicihan kebabs

Location is very good, surrounding with the excellent restaurants. Very near different historical monuments and mosques and Grand bazar.

everything was wonderful, the location is perfect. you don’t have to take any transport to the attractions, everything is very very near, you only have to walk about 10 minutes. the personal is the best. the boys from the reception are so friendly and helpful, they help you with everything you need, you don’t have to worry about anything. certainly I will come back.🤗🤗🤗

I will really recommend this property because the people work there are very nice and friendly and very clean place and the view was wonderful to city view and the sea at the same time you should definitely book there with out and condensation

I had a room in basement. No views but it's not nessesary, when you are on the move all day. Efficient heating (or AC) and air supply. TV (one channel with japanese content in english), Mattress comfort much above the average, hot water, ample shower cabin (though the rest of the bathroom was a little bit crampy). Room looked like on the advertized photos and was quiet and not claustrofobic. It's good for those who are staing alone or for couples which can organize bathroom sharing withut quarrels.

There was any hanger in the closet. Stale food in the refrigerator. A little "basement smell" on the corridor (not in the room) which vanished soon after I mentioned about it. Trash bin remain not emptied during whole stay. Generaly, nice staff with some lack of initiative but they will do their best right after asked for something.

They were very nice and helped in everything about hotel and more... They even alowed us to pay overstay in our room for realy low price becouse our bus was leaving at 9pm, and checkout was 13:30pm... For that price 10+ ...
