When we checked in the customer service was amazing. After traveling all day from SFO to Istanbul we were exhausted, but the staff took great care of us. The room was beautiful. So clean and the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in, in Europe. We were right in the heart of the city, but the room was really quiet. We could not have asked for a better experience.
