The property was very nice, clean and big enough The staff were super super amazing and helpful, all of them were friendly and with a nice welcoming smile on their face all the time My flight was overnight and i arrived the hotel early so when they saw me very tired they arranged a very early check in for me and i am very thankful for that🤗 the location of f the hitel is very near to everything and you can simply go by walking to Takseem square which is amazing

The couch/ sofa bed had some big spots on it, maybe some guests before they throw some liquid on it, the cover if it needs to be changed ASAP

The location is near a bus station 3 min walk Near to metro station 15 min walk 3 mins away from some restaurants Trace view is pretty nice Staff is very helpful

When you go out to the bus station, you have to climb a hill which might be tough for some people The trace room's ceiling is descending and you might get your head hit, but that wasn't an issue although me and my wife got our head hitted in the ceiling

The hotel stuff was so friendly and kind, the communication experience was awesome. The suits were good as well, but some of the furniture (shower tap for instance) is waiting to be repaired. But overall the location is quite central, so it wasn't a problem to reach everything we wanted.

Actually there are just a few minuses. First of all, the furniture isn't quite new, so we'd like the shower tap not to be easily removed (cause you just want to change the water temperature and it happens). Second, there were kitchens in our suits, but there were no frying pan in either of them. I've checked personally all the kitchen drawers and even an ovens, but I haven't found any. Then I went to the reception and asked for the pans, the reception guy said the pans are in the suites (but there weren't any actually). Well... For breakfast we went to a cafe so it wasn't a problem, but in case you're going to cook there - that might be a problem

Great place and location near ICC conference center

Shower could be a bit higher flow but for the most part facilities were great. Staff was mostly good but one guy ripped us off a bit on the laundry. It’s not a big sun of money but it left a sour taste in my mouth.

Very spacious room with all the kitchen utensils needed for a short stay. It is close to every thing: few minutes walk from the bus stop, the metro station and hundreds of shops and restaurants. The military museum is just across the street. One of the biggest malls in Istanbul is few blocks away. This hotel is a hidden gem. If I had the chance to visit Istanbul in future I would definitely stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. Special thanks to all the front disk officers and the housekeeper, because of their welcoming smiles our family really felt home.

Nothing to be honest.

Nice location, staff was friendly and helped with the taxi to airport. The room was clean, we had last floor apartment with nice balcony and rooftop window with all day light which made it so cosy. And of course, I prefer this are you Taksim.

The last floor doesn’t have an elevator , so we took all our luggages upstairs to the room. Nobody offer the help as well

We had a wonferful stay. We were recovering from the surgery and the staff went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The place was recommeded by the clinic. We had everything we needed and were able to rest. Location is great and the neighbourhood (Sisli) is lovely.

Hotel is very clean and nice. Location is perfect: the hotel is near amazing places lite Dolmabahche Palace and tanks I’m square, but it’s not on the Main Street, so it’s very quite and clean around.

There were missing some essential things in the room like a pot for coffee, or tablets for washing machine and so on and it either take a while for the hotel stuff to deliver it, or it’s just unavailable (like with coffee pot).

I spent almost 10 days in property and i can say that The stuff were very helpful. The room is clean , comfortable ,and the location isn’t far from transportation point. I highly recommended.

The elevator is a little slow, and also there’s a smoking smell in the corridor.
