Team was cooperatives and helpful specially Sami at valley services, bayram at restaurant and murat, burak at room cleaning. I enjoyed my staying there and will be my first choice when visiting istanbul in future.

Although the place quiet because littel far from active street and shops as well restaurant, but the hotel offer free transportation to mall and metro. Some towels need to be canceled and renewed

All the staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and made us feel welcomed and safe. The general manager was a very intelligent and courteous man. When I provided him with feedback regarding an issue we had with the Club Lounge, he ensured he understood everything I said, and rectified the issues immediately. I knew he took my concerns seriously. It's very difficult to find good service like this, which is why I am so pleased with our stay at this hotel. Each time I contacted reception from our room, the lady I spoke with was so helpful and accommodating. I was amazed with the service we received from the staff members in the Club Lounge, they were very attentive, professional, and welcoming. Also the food was very nice in the evenings, along with our alcoholic beverages. The only thing I didn't like was how rude and arrogant some of the hotel guests were being to the waiters at the buffet breakfast. One woman in particular ordered the waiter to pour her an apple juice, when it was self-serve and she had nothing wrong her legs or arms! Please don't be rude people, you're not royalty! Treat everybody with respect and kindness. Thank you to all the staff, you did an amazing job.

The room was great, it had a beautiful view and a small balcony; plus the false mirror and the bathtub were nice touches. Also the terrace was extremely gorgeous and the gym is small but well equipped. I didn't try the pool, but it looked nice.

Two things: first, they cut breakfast time sharply at 10:30, but at 10:20 they are still letting people in. So, as a guest, you're basically competing with the staff to ensure they don't take away food from the buffet. My suggestion is: if you're going to close breakfast time sharply at 10:30, then only let people in until 10:15, so one doesn't feel like being kicked out. Second, I've been trying to get an invoice from either Booking or the property, to no avail. So, my suggestion is to NOT PAY THROUGH Booking, and instead, do it at the property.

Excellent hotel for a work stay. The hotel was close to all my business meetings and the room was huge and well appointed with everything I needed. The on site facilities were also excellent. Breakfast was abundant. The hotel is not really walkable to things and is quite far from both transport and historic Istanbul (a problem only for a dinner one night in the old city).

The location is very good. The people who is working is very very nice, helpful and friendly! Especially Lala, Ipek, Serhat, Mehmet, Ersan, Erman, Sinan, Berke, Abdulkadir… and the other staff sorry I don’t know the name more… they have a very good sushi restaurant and you can drink drinks with lovely desserts, Rabia who is working There is so sweet like the desserts! Not 10 points to everything but they earn more points!! See you next time!!!

Everything is gorgeous. The daily services are amazing. I’ll came again and recommend you to friends. Our staying was great and exceptionally.

Nothing everything, everyone is just different than anything I tried before.

The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is also very big, contains a separate toilet, a big bath and a shower as well. The mattress is extremely comfortable, I slept 10 hours straight as I was exhausted from traveling the day before. The staff is very warm and welcoming, all very polite and helpful.

I would only add an espresso machine as it is a 5 star hotel and should have complimentary espresso capsules in the room.

The property has a very good location if you are travelling by car. it has many restaurants, many facilities for long hours. perfect room service. perfect views of bosphorus. very nice rooftop bar.

I was travelling by car so I didn’t have a problem but if you want to go around the hotel, there is no leisure activities in walking distance like shopping or having a coffee. be aware that you need to take a taxi. no public transport options either.

If you are here for business it’s perfect. As a base for tourism, though, location would mean relying on taxis (and being at the mercy of traffic) to get to places of interest
