The hotel is located in a very good district and is close to public transport. The area of the hotel located in elite and quiet place, and almost everyone can speak English. The hotel is within walking distance of the tram and metro station. There are staff who can speak English and Russian at the hotel and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, thank you also to the staff for it. Hotel staff were generally very interested whether you are having a good time or any problem and always trying to help at any problem. They had a whatsapp numbers for all our questions and we were able to get any help from there, thus we felt safe. Also the hotel is new, so everything inside is also new. When we come back to Istanbul, we will stay here again. Thank you very much to all staff and we higly recommend it to everyone.

The Loop hotel is ideally located in Istanbul. Just a 5 minute walk from the T1 Kabatas-Bagcilar tramway which connects to all the must-see sites. The Loop is an island of greenery, calm and elegance. The hotel provides exceptional customer service: kindness, advice, responsiveness, efficiency. We had the Suite with breathtaking sea-view. Definitely book sea-side if possible as it makes a big difference. It is simply an unforgettable experience and a great value. The reception staff is elegant and incredibly attentive with a personal touch. Discrete; never intrusive. They provided excellent suggestions all through our stay, including how to best navigate the city, where to eat (nearby Cactus for casual dining and nearby Sur Balik for fine fish panoramic dining.) They arranged entirely for airport transport which was first class in both directions. You pay the fare to the hotel and it is reasonable (45 EUR each way in our case for a Mercedes limo). They communicate by cell (especially on WhatsApp) instantly. The terrace overlooks the Bosphorus and having breakfast there is a privilege. The abundance and freshness of the products offered in the morning are irreproachable: fruits, vegetables, varieties of cereals, different types of cold cuts, large choice of cheeses, salads...It is served buffet style on the terrace in front of the Bosphorus. It was also free in our case. We generally skipped lunch to visit the city and breakfast was nutritious and substantial enough that we could wait until a fine dinner. The rooms offer quality bedding; they are maintained impeccably any time of day. We were going to stay there for 2 nights and we ended up spending six! We just couldn't leave!

Note that the terrace, including breakfast, seems contracted to an outside vendor. The result at the time was that outdoor staff and furniture were not on the level of service and elegance of the rest of the hotel (which is truly exceptional) but they were obviously trying to please and improve even during our stay. Again, the breakfast food itself was great. The pool was not usable when we were there but (1) we did not mind and (2) they were in the process of reopening it while we were there. If it is essential to you, inquire whether it is open before you book.

The hotel is located in Cihangir, cozy area for locals. Plenty of small restaurants with tasty food, bakeries, coffee, shops with handcrafts and deli meals, wine. Breakfast is OK, awsome terrace with Bosphorus panoramic view. Personnel is very helpful and kind. We 100% recommend 205 room (sure, one of the best here) with amazing panoramic windows with Bosphorus view. At the same time, mind muezzin prayers and ships beeps. Bathroom equipped with shower, modern and comfortable. Specially would like to mention high quality and stable Wi-Fi connection.

This neighborhood lays on the uphill to Taksim from Bosphorus embankment, that means a lot of sharp climbs and descends with stairs or without. Hotel intrance is located in the middle of long stairs. Mind serious physical activity. Few not that important points are: lack of porrige on the breakfast, lack of shelfs in the closet and absence of bulky luggage storage. Swimming pool is small, location is not very convenient.

Breakfast was poor, cheap fruits juice and filter coffee. They charge extra for espresso coffee at the breakfast.

Small new cosy boutique hotel with nice terrace and friendly staff (Russian speaking too). Location is nice and easy to get to attractions, walking streets and port. Bed is comfy. Good that hotel messages you in WA directly. I would recommend doing it 2 days before.

Restaurant (evening time) is needed to have menu in English. Hopefully it will be easily done soon.

View from our room was spectacular. Staff went over and above to make sure our first trip to Istanbul was memorable.

Amazing location and as well as staff who went out of their way to accommodate my early check in. Also probably the brightest room Ive ever stayed in. The receptionist was extremely helpful and went our of her way to assist me and make sure I had a pleasant stay.

Stuff of the hotel was very nice, they helped with luggage, ordered the excellent transfer from airport to hotel and back, that made our traveling so much easier. Room was neat and tidy. Location is great, we walked a lot.

It was pretty hard to staying more than two or three days without European menu in breakfasts. Breakfast was "ok" for 1-2 mornings, but after 7 days we just stopped to go down for the very same menu. It is the only one thing that was bothering me. Except this, everything is great. If the management of hotel will think how to fix it, it will be brilliant.

Location was perfect, the neighbourhood istelf is in the hills so I don’t understand people complaining about the stairs. Also, there is not as many steps as some of them wrote here and to us it wasn’t a problem at all. Upon arrival we called a hotel to send someone to help us with the suitcases and the bellman came immediately. The view was breathtaking, we were alone on the floor and there was no noise at all. Only once in the middle of the night a dog started barking which didn’t let me sleep but it can happen anywhere. It was clean but the complimentary sanitary things were not replaced from the previous guest as one of those small boxes was used. Soundproof isolation doesn’t exist because of the worn out windows but we didn’t mind. The price absolutely matches with what you get. No one speaks english. No one.
