A fantastic place to stay in Istanbul. A little outside the main tourist area but only 5 stops on the very easy to use tram network (also on the ferry line, which is great if you’re sightseeing or dining on the north shore). The area does have some great tourist sights nearby including the original walls of the city. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Shuttles to and from the airport were handled perfectly. Early check in and continued use of all facilities after check out before our night flight. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Istanbul.

Nothing. I was pretty stressed about hotel choices in the city because there’s so much negativity online about Istanbul hotels, but this was excellent.

It’s an amazing hotel, very clean in a very quiet neighbourhood very close to so many things to visit 30 minutes from the airport Great communication with the hotel before I arrived they met my expectation Great customer service very professional whenever you ask for anything you never hear the word No. you always here I see what I can do they go on and beyond to make things happen for you. Book with confidence. Don’t mix your culture with their culture each to they own. Overall we had an exceptional experience, the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs and responsive to any questions we had. Although the location is further out from the city centre I think because of how relaxing out experience was we’d come back again. Breakfast was smaller than expected but all the food was well cooked and delicious. I loved the addition of the honey comb tray! My family opted for some spa treatments which were a little underwhelming (I think the masseuse was in a rush). We didn’t have a chance to use the sauna however they did look spacious. I was particularly impressed with the service as the staff tended to our needs providing us with prayer mats, measured the weight of our luggage and kept us informed about additional services we might have access to. Thank you I hope to be back again!

The massage experience wasn’t as relaxing as I’d like and felt a bit rushed. Considering the price we paid (€70) for a 30 minute massage it was expensive and I was expecting more care.

The hotel is great, located in a quiet and safe area, very close to the promenade, so it is pleasant to go on walks by the water. Our room was spacious and super super clean and it had the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in and many types of pillows to choose from. Also loved their massive furniture pieces. The shower area and the bathroom had a considerable size as well and the hotel provided everything you could possibly need. We stayed here for 10 days and we really felt like home. The staff is absolutely amazing, super polite, always ready to listen and help with anything you ask for. At breakfast they had a wide range of food options suitable for any taste and we also really appreciated that the layout in the breakfast area was not packed with tables like you often see in other hotels. The entire space looked very classy. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant every night and the food was absolutely delicious. Mr. Murat definitely pays a lot of attention to details and he always made sure the service was impeccable. We also had a high speed internet included and we were able to work while staying here. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

No dislikes, everything was perfect.

It was first time staying in this hotel, I like it so much, because it is a small and quite and cosy. The reception very helpful specially Mr Shams who always want to help as much as he can. They have list ( menu) of deferent kind of pillows you choose what is comfortable for you , the breakfast buffet is good have enough selection to start your day with hot and nice meal and you can asked also for eggs as way you like. I recommend for people who want clean, comfortable, and safe place.

Best hotel and best stay experience ever. The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean and big, the bathroom was very clean and they prepared some cake for us for our anniversary celebrations. I liked everything about the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. I liked it and will definitely stay again.

I spent 5 nights here with my family. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families. Following are the reasons why i love this hotel. 1. Super clean rooms and good toilet 2. Room services were very quick in any time of the the day/night 3. Breakfast was good and the staffs were excellent in taking care of all the guests. Felt at home. 4. Tram, bus and a ferry station is just a minute walk from the hotel and you can conveniently travel through out the city. 5. Amazing seaside park just 50 meters away from the hotel, ideal for an evening or morning stroll and taking pics.
