Location is more than excellent its in the middle of the best shops in istanbul (istiklal and taksim streets) It’s very clean they clean the room everyday whenever i put the (clean sign) Everything was available as shampoos, shower gel, slippers, clean bed sheets, towels, kettle, tea, coffee so no need for you to get anything with you, the hotel has everything The staff are more than amazing they are very friendly they even offered us (we were 3 adults in a triple room with one big bed and one small) free breakfast for our full stay, it was so good VERY VERY GOOD PRICE in comparison to the service provided and the great location

No iron in the room so that I can iron clothes One door of the shower cabin doesn’t close till the end so when you’re having a shower it is not 100% sealed

The staffs' treatment was amazingly friendly. They are professional people. The reception was too kind and helped us with carrying out our suitcases. The room was clean. The breakfast was great and it included various items. Its location was great and safe. The street is noisy but when we closed the windows, there was no sound. Actually, the windows were perfectly sound proof. All staffs were kind. The breakfast was always prepared on-time. In the contrast to many hotels, it had an elevator which was located on the ground floor. As I checked many hotels in Istanbul, they did not have an elevator neither their elevator was located on the first floor. So you should go up the stairs until you reach the elevator which is difficult because you have to carry the suitcases. Therefore, I highly suggest this hotel for every one. Also, every thing was excatly as the same as the photos in this application.

The coffee and oranje juice were awful. It was a bit expensive compared to its neighbour hotels.

Everything it was nice. Special thanks to Mr.Yalçin he helped us all about. He knows every part of istanbul very well. When i come istanbul again i will definitely stay here… we leave istanbul with regret:(

I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was really good. The location is great, right in the center of everything. The staff was very friendly (Ali , Ala , Jawad ) and helped us with a lot of things. The breakfast had everything we needed. The only downside was the noise from the nearby nightclubs, especially on weekends. Overall, it's a good hotel, but keep in mind the nightclub noise.

Staff is very good, they are helpful and always smiling. location and breakfast are also good. Perfect for a short stay.

They do not clean the rooms, they just set the bed. Rooms are too small, and old. there are things that are broken but not something that would affect your stay.

It's a cosy holet in the middle of the city, on the great location.Hotels room are not huge, but very comfortable, with free wi-fi, free coffe and tee in the room and conditioner. Hotels staff is helpfull, always ready to make comfort for guests.They all are very hospitable and professional persons. I was a bit and good surprised with their attention.

The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff was too kind to us; I suppose the reason behind this hospitality was that I had tried to speak Turkish, and they did not expect it. Unfortunately, my booking In Jun 2022 did not include breakfast, So I have no idea. There was even a supermarket next to it.

nice location for short stay, staff was really respectful and helpful, always smiling, they get me room at 9:00AM, also they invite me to the breakfast. according to the price, the hotel is very good, short stay for me.
