Convenient location of the hotel in the tourist center, close to the metro and buses to airports - within walking distance, clean room. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's service - they respond quickly to messages and are ready to help if needed. Another convenient thing is that after booking a room, the hotel sends a letter with a form for ordering a taxi online to the hotel. I ordered a taxi for my fiance - he arrived in Istanbul before me; he was met at the airport, having previously been sent detailed instructions on how to navigate the airport. I am grateful to the hotel for its service and assistance.

Literally, eating, shopping is feet away. Kitchen, living area, bathroom, and bedrooms were clean - and good layout design. Staff professional and very helpful. Helped us locate 24-hour pharmacy late at night when we needed it. In addition they arranged for transport to and from airport and other locations. The staff is really your “google” when staying at Sentire.

Well - you cannot have everything; you cannot be in the very midst of a busy active night-life and expect peace at the same time. However, I do not view this as a fault of Sentire, it is just the location and Sentire has no control over its surroundings.

I stayed there for 8 nights with my family, 60 years old parents and 16-22 daughters It was nice but if you’re travelling with a family i suggest not to stay at taxim square or istiklal 1- the hotel is very clean, and they offer a daily cleaning service 2- the room is beautiful and comfortable 3- the location is excellent, sometimes we arrive late at night and don’t feel like driving to a restaurant, but the hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants, so we can just walk to one 4- the street is lively and full of energy 5- the staff are very nice and helpful, and my dad loved them

First thing the photo of the outside of the hotel isn’t accurate, the photo if of the shop beside it and the hotel is not directly on the street 1- it doesn’t have a parking lot, but there is a 5 minutes walk parking lot. it wasn’t free but i don’t remember how much it was, probably about 15$ a day. 2- there are sounds from the clubs at night, for me i barely heared them once, they didn’t bother me at all but if you’re sensitive to sounds then they might bother you

We had an exceptional stay at Sentire Hotel and Residence in Istanbul. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center at Taksim Square, just steps away from Istiklal Street. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and stylishly decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. A special shoutout to Hussein for his outstanding assistance with our airport transport and his excellent communication throughout our stay. His dedication truly made a difference. The entire concierge and reception team were equally amazing, always ready to help with a friendly smile. We highly recommend Sentire Hotel and Residence for anyone visiting Istanbul. Could get a bit loud until late hours of the night! But that’s expected from a city center location.

My family and I visit Istanbul frequently, and of all the places we have stayed there, Sentire Hotel was the best! The room is very spacious and comfortable, and exactly as shown and advertised on Booking. The room amenities were great. The staff are simply amazing, so welcoming and very helpful. I am recovering from a broken leg, and on our first day we asked them if they know of wheelchair rental places, just in case. The very next morning, and rather than simply provide us with the information, they actually brought a wheelchair which they kept available for me in case I needed it, at no additional cost! All the staff, without exception, were more than kind and welcoming. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable :)

There really is nothing negative about Sentire hotels. The one thing I would mention, but will stress that this is not about the hotel, is the noise from a nearby club at night. I think that the Beyoğlu Belediyesi should enforce regulations to minimise loud music past a certain hour.

The aparthotel, situated just off Istiklal Cadessi, was very conveniently located within walking distance to all requirements essential for tourists. Taksim metro station is very close as well as the Tunnel "Nostaljik" tramway stations. Taksim masjid as well as Huseyn Aga masjid was very close by. The hotel interior and hygiene was very pleasant. We appreciated the dedication of all staffs namely Niyazi, Nadeem, Gurkan and Husein who went extra miles according to our circumstances and needs. The room service ladies were also nice and pleasant persons. The amenities such as the washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, etc. were a big win for us. You also get to catch up with shopping till 1am from istaklal after a day exploring other parts of Istanbul!

It gets tricky for taxis to drop you in front of hotel due to the one-way streets, etc. But it is nothing hard to walk 100m from closest main streets. The ice cream sellers tend to be very annoying at night with their ongoing "ooooups ooupala" ! But I guess it was part of the fun.

I had the pleasure of staying at Sentire hotel and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The junior suit rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need and space was enough with kids age (5&10). The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect on the busy istklal street, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay as the rooms are soundproofed. I will definitely come and stay here again.

We wanted to be in Taksim area, and for that we chose this place. Its all about location, you just go down and you are in the middle of action. The place is clean and tidy, which is good compared to what was the night price compared to teh surrounding units.

You have to walk 100m uphill with your luggage to reach the hotel, as cars not allowed. I was in summer, not sure what happens during rain and snowing days, might be a bit danger.

Location is great...right on Istiklal. Sound proofing of room windows and external doors was great - else it would have been an issue with the late night noise on the busy street. Staff is very well trained and good at communication for advising on things to do, getting transport and tours organized etc.

We took multiple rooms, so there should be more similarity in terms of features such as Smart TVs, Washing Machine / Dryer - not all rooms had those... but overall, did not really cause any inconvenience. An onsite restaurant would have been nice for break fast and snacks.
