Excellent location, very close to water bus, shops, restaurants, a few steps literally. Food outlets open all the time day and night. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly, above and beyond to make experience enjoyable. Breakfast was fine to set us up for day of exploring the other side of Istanbul. Water bus was brilliant, used it each day. Bang on time, regular and great experience to take in the lovely views. Hotel was spotlessly clean and furnishings of good standard. Bed comfortable. Felt lovely and safe.

The only reason i dropped the score to 9 was because of interrupted sleep due to outside noise in the street. Our room was on the front. This was on two of the three nights of our stay, pretty much all night on and off various noises. People shouting, singing, cleaning constantly. It didnt bother us too much as we was only there for a short stay and was completely out of the hotels control. Its a busy street and nothing the hotel can do about that. Would stay again but would request a room on the back.

Room are small so you really feel boxed in them. If you use them just to sleep them OK. The ventilation while showering was extremely noisy. Also the mini fridge produced some heat which is not normal. I need to mention that while the quality of the breakfast food is great, you are served in a basement (-1 floor) so the ambience is not quite attractive with no windows. Otherwise all ok

We enjoyed our stay at Moja City Hotel. The location is top - very convenient - close to the port, metro station and bus stop. There’s a big shopping mall nearby, lots of restaurants and coffeehouses. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is excellent - very liked the coffee and the ladies who work in the hotel restaurant.

Excellent small hotel for exploring Istanbul. We liked very friendly staff, always ready to help, good tasty breakfasts, comfortable rooms. The advantage of this hotel is its location in the transportation hub. The hotel is right near the port where passenger ships depart including the historic center of Istanbul - our morning began with a romantic ship ride on the Bosphorus. There is also a subway station and buses nearby. Also buses HavaBus and HavaIst going from Kadıköy to the airports SAW and IST stop close to the hotel. There is a famous neighborhood with bars and clubs 15 minutes walk from the hotel with a great party atmosphere, especially on weekend evenings.

The hospitality was top notch! The staff was so nice when I came in late, the gentleman ordered food from off his phone and had it delivered to me. Also, another employee let me use his metro card. They were all so kind and helpful! Plus it's conveniently located across the street from the ferry and in the heart of Kadikoy, yet you don't hear any noise. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Probably the best thing about this hotel is yhe location . Very conveniently situated 500 step to Kadıköy port, the main bus station , and taxi station ,close walk to good restaurants.. It is an exceptionally clean hotel . The room is on small side but has all the comfort facilities, tea/ coffee making ,fridge, hair dryer. The staff are very polite and friendly and few could speeak English. The breakfast is adequate and served in a very clean breakfast room.

If you are very sensitive to noise , it could be a bit noisy when you leave the window open. The breakfast could be a touch better with good quality famous Turkish jam ,honey and clotted cream.

Excellent location, a short walk to restaurants, to the metro and to the ferry. The facility is new. Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent. On the way back to Istanbul airport, we discovered that we had forgotten our passports in the room, we called the hotel, they quickly retrieved the passports and sent one of the staff in a taxi to the airport, which is an hour away. Their quick response enabled us to catch the flight.

The hotel is located in a great place. Kadikoy is a lively and interesting area, but it does not have the huge crowds of tourists and aggressive prices like on the European side. Right next to the hotel is a large transport hub from which you can easily go anywhere in Istanbul and Turkey. Hundreds of restaurants for every taste, market, everything is here. The hotel staff is very responsive, the rooms are not large, but comfortable and clean. I especially want to thank the beautiful hotel employee Andzela, who was very kind and baked fantastic pancakes. Thank you very much, I would love to come back here.

Location was superb; just 5-10 mins walk to the Kadikoy ferry terminal for easy commuting to other areas of Istanbul across the Bosphorus. There are great food places across and few streets away, ATMs nearby for ease of withdrawing Turkish Lira. Breakfast was excellent too; located in the basement. Facilities are all new as of Oct 22 stay.

A little noisy as the food places across the street open till late so you can hear people talking but nothing so loud that you can't sleep. The circulation space from getting out of the shower to the sink and toilet in the bathroom is really narrow and requires "expert" navigation to avoid knocking into the sink edge; may be an issue for a bigger person.

The hotel is located in a good location, approx. 10 minutes from the subway, 100 m from the parking lot and approx. 200 m from the main street, where there are many restaurants. The hotel is small, but well furnished.

The only thing I can criticize is the height of the pillow - but I understand that everyone has different tastes and it is impossible to meet the expectations of all guests.
