Location is great. Asian part of Istanbul, therefore slightly cheaper with regards to accommodation and food. The suites are 10 minutes walk from the bust station and Havaist express to go back to Istanbul airport and the port to travel to the European part. Metro station is nearby as well but we used ferries because it is more scenic and slightly cheaper comparing to the metro. We also liked the cafes right at the embankment: great views, food and prices. You can have a great walk on their promenade area along the Marmara sea.

There are no views, you can see the building in front of you with people's apartments. :)) I must say it is the same in many parts of Istanbul and some other Turkish cities (Antalya for example). If you want to have a great view, it should be a very posh hotel, I guess.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The location is very good, close to transports and conveniently reachable from the airport (SAW). The neighborhood looked safe, didn't feel any danger. The reception was always available and check-in and check-out went very smooth. The staff was nice.

WiFi was fast but it was off a whole day during our 4 days stay. There was no safety box in the room. Communication with the staff was a bit challenging due to language.

Property is walking distance to the main square If you are travelling from the airport thé hava bus bring you directly to the otogar which is 5 mins walk to the apartment. I stayed at No14- I usually carry all my stuff but was impressed that ( bear in mind this is my 3rd stay here )they left us a clean sponge , soap and a kitchen towel too ( thank you ) The place itself is very clean and I like the love for vintage items in the lobby . It’s all a different style ♥️. ** There is a Hamam 1 min walk away from the appartment ** Love bakery opposite Hamam 1 min away selling fresh bread ** Lovely Restaurant around easily accessible 10 mins walk

In my apartment everything was good I had no issue but my sister stayed at No1 and the tap in the bathroom was broken and somehow the bathroom size there also is less spacious . In my apartment at night in the bedroom I could smell the cigarette from neighbours or above flat . This bothered me a bit as I was coughing a lot with it . If you are claustrophobic the lift for me is the scary part as it’s very small . But I manage and stayed there 3 times like I said .

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It's only 3 min walk from the airport bus stop, 6min from the boats to every port which tourists may need it. The room is also very spacy. Only on the first day, we were given with the room on the top, it's very spacy but the smell of the paint was not good. But the host assigned a new room to us on the second day of our accomodations. We were happy about it. Besides, on the last day, we found a really nice Turkish bath just 1 min walk from this hotel. It made my trip a perfect ending at Istanbul. I highly recommended this to the tourists who'd like to do a economic trip at Istanbul.

Everything was great about the property. Staff was extremely friendly, they were always very helpful about anything we needed for us or for our kids. Location is fantastic, there is bakery next door where we picked fresh bread every morning, supermarket was also very close by. The whole staff helped us and specially our kids so much and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is also 5 mins walk to main ferry station and metro which made the daily commute very comfortable. We had an early morning flight and Mr. Emre helped us to arrange a taxi travel. Overall i can highly recommend the property.

Wifi disconnects automatically but generally it is not a big issue for us.

A value for money place.It was very clean the service was nice as well the star of the show was the location.Close to the centre and to all the transportation.I would definitely visit again.The only thing that i would add is that it needs a little bit of maintenance to the rooms in a couple of things,but nothing that affected our stay.If they do that as well it will be totally amazing

I would like to have a plug close to the bed or to the sofa in order to put my phone to charge while I'm chilling.

- spacious apartments - unbeatable price / rate - good location in Kadıköy with great access to the main points - a lot of convenient stores, cafés, restaurants in walking distance - Rihtim and Kadıköy central bus station + ferry ports right around the corner - Osmanağa neighborhood cam seem intimidating, but it's rather friendly - not too 'touristy', yet the shop owner's are used to tourists and speaking English - easy check in and out process - well equipped kitchen, even detergent for the washing machine - helpful staff - nice entrance area with water dispenser and coffee machine - trash pickup everyday from the common hallway

- the WiFi login doesn't work and if it does, it logs out constantly - it can get rather noisy on the street - non-existent soundproofing in the bathroom, you can hear the neighbours next door breathe when they are in the bathroom as well - not all amenities work or are present (we didn't have a water boiler) - they don't clean the rooms during the stay, which is normal for a self-service apartment, but it can get quite dusty when you stay for longer than a week

- strategic location, near havabus stop from/to airport, near kadikoy ferry port - safe area, near convenience store, cafes, restaurants and shops - room was great, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was complete with stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine

- there's minor issues of miscommunication with payment i've already paid, they ask for payment again when check in, but everything was clear after that - the floor made sound everytime i step - the shower handle was broken - there's no soundproofing wall so i can hear my noisy neighbor in another room

Easily accessible: While away from the noisy main street, it is quite close to bus stops and and metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Do their best to sort out quickly in case of any problem. Lots of mini-supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Large and spacious deluxe apartments with all the necessary amenities.

It would be nice to have more electricity inlets in the room. Lobby is a bit dark. Not giving a welcoming first look. Rather poor English communication.

Very spacious and well-furnished apartment in the Asian part of the city, a few minutes' walk to the ferry. Friendly staff.

The extendable sofa was really tired and very uncomfortable to sleep on.
