Perfect location. Helpful staff. Great room, although it was very noisy from the streets on the Friday evening. Bed was nice. I loved the fact that I had a balcony in my room. I had hot water and aircon worked great.

Replace the paper cups with normal paper cups in the room for tea and coffee. The batroom was super clean and the room was neat, however the mould on teh shower floor needs to be removed with mould stain remover. Mould or mildew are toxic for health. Other than that, I'll stay there again. Great, good hotel management.

Building is at angle, some rooms on main street are across rooftop bars with noise 11pm-4am, others on the back alley more quiet and ear plugs are enough there Jacuzzi was out of service

We liked the big space that we had in our room because we had convenience, also we liked the room cleaning that was there every day to clean and the receptionist guys that were there 24 hours to help us!!

We didn’t like that much the window doors that couldn’t lock and the ac that sometimes brought in our room the cigarette smoke from others

The staff was good and the location is excellent, near the bus station and istklal St, the only area we're people are hanging out till 2 am , quite safe and living area

In the street there is a bar with loud ppl around all night, but we get used to it

Everything went good, location of this hotel is a winner, the only issue was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, for us it was a main reason why we chose this hotel so make sure everything is as it says on booking before arriving there.

The hospitality of Mustapha, i arrived early morning after a 10H flight and although the checkin is set at 14.00 I could checkin much earlier. Good room, good sleep, good people.
