Breakfast was wonderful and the staff very nice. The location perfect for visiting Istanbul city center. Room was excellent and at our arrival we were offered to chose between to wonderful rooms.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are incredible and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. they are so friendly, nice and helpful. Every single member of staff was exceptional to us. The communication with the team is also so simple. From the reception team, to the cleaners and the maintenance guys, everyone was a joy to be around. The breakfast was great and the young man running the breakfast is incredible. His service during our week stay was 10/10 and we cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond during our whole stay and for also making my wife’s birthday extra special. The rooms and facilities are also brilliant. We loved the design of the whole place, our room was so modern and comfy, the bed was great and everything was kept exceptionally clean. The cleaners do a great job of keeping everything beautifully clean. Keep doing what you do guys. Thank you for making our stay one that we will always remember for your amazing hospitality.

Manager Kaan and staff were exceptionality helpful, welcoming and kind. Since it was our marriage anniversary Mr Kaan upgraded our room to King suite which was specially decorated with flowers and balloons. Service is on the 5 star hotel level, with daily cleaning, daily new towels, bathrobes and free bottles of water... Bad are pretty comfortable.

It is a 4 star facility and that is want one should expect relating to room , lobby , garden... On the other hand service is on 5 star level. Location is 100 meters from famoust Istiklal st and that can be an advantage but also a disadvantage due to noice specially on weekend. Nevertheless we would stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul 🙂

The property was amazing, brilliant location - close to taksim 1 minute walk! Always lively area even late night. The staff were amazing went above and beyond for our stay, provided us with complimentary drinks to our room. Offered to upgrade us to a king room but as we staying 2 nights, 1 full day we didn’t want to move rooms. Staff were amazing especially Khan and Kerem at reception! Also Can for breakfast was a lovely waiter. They also provided us with complimentary breakfast which was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best in Istanbul. Also our room had a Hammam in which we extremely enjoyed and have never seen in a hotel before. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in Istanbul.

Kind room upgrade, warm hearted staff and atmosphere, Mr. Kaan the Manager helped us personally during his spare time when we had an accident at night and accompanied to the hospital to translate and organise the treatment. Amazingly kind and helpful. All the other staff members had always a smile on their faces and supported in a fantastic manner. THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU!!!!

Very romantic hotel, the room was so comfortable to be in, very cinematic feel when you enter the room. The staff were lovely, even upgraded which we’re super thankful for!!! I’d say it’s on par with most 4-5 star hotels (leaning to 5) from my opinion (their rating not specific so it’s useful to know) They made the trip smooth. Organised everything taxi wise, no hassle. I was supposed to meet the missus at the airport but my flight was crazy delayed, but they catered so well for this and even organised flowers for her when I asked. Location is good the walk to the main bits is quite a nice walk. If you feel hesitation in booking - dont think about it just do it.

For me it’s not a problem, but the hotel is in quite a lively, buzzing location, so from my room I was able to hear the city. it wasn’t annoying for me, didn’t disturb anything I actually like some life, but good thing for others to know.

The super friendly hotel staff gave us a major upgrade, so we have got a room with hammam, huge bathtub, rooftop access and free drinks. The room was lovely, super clean and comfortable, the bed was just heavenly. Every detail, from handles to lights was made thoroughly thoughtful! Amazing hotel, luxury Art Deco decorations, we loved our stay so much! and can’t wait to come back again! P.S. they also have a gallery on the 0 floor, with colorful Istanbul-themed art, it’s the best souvenir to get home!

I recently stayed at the Walton Gardens Pera Hotel in Istanbul and had an exceptional experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean and nicely decorated rooms. The location is perfect, situated near Taksim Square, which made it convenient to explore the city. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. I would like to give a special mention to Can, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. We really enjoyed our stay at Walton Gardens Pera. It’s a very clean, well-managed hotel with polite and accomodating staff. The kind of customer service that’s hard to find nowadays. The location is in a quiet, almost hidden spot in a very busy and lively area. The included breakfast was generous and Turkish-style, which we liked, bec we travel to experience the variety of life. It is served in your room if you want. We also appreciated the upgrade to a larger room with a sofa and faux fireplace:-) It is priced slightly higher than other hotels, but we thought it was money well spent. You get what you pay for.

Since are used to the eccentric layouts of ancient cities, we understood this, but just be prepared that you cannot load and unload directly in front of the hotel because the street is below the hotel in that section. But the bellman will meet your taxi or vehicle at the corner and bring your bags in for you. It’s a very short walk, and it’s not uphill.
