The staff are the absolute best. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everyone was very polite, welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. We checked in at 2am (very late) and they upgraded our room. They even offered us a complimentary breakfast for one of the days (which unfortunately we didn’t use) and offered us free iced lattes. They booked us the airport transfer and was able to communicate via WhatsApp. The room is super modern with wooden flooring and marble tiles in the toilet. There is Bluetooth connection with built in speakers. Water is free. The cleaning is exceptional. The hotel has a cute garden as well as a terrace on the last floor with a beautiful view.

The rooms at this hotel are very spacious and modern. The staff are really delightful . We enjoyed the daily breakfast in the garden. Our stay at this hotel was overall a nice experience

The only thing I would mention is that its a nice hotel and the location is 5 minutes from the high street and shops etc. That said, the location of the hotel is on a hill and a little sketchy. The location and the separate entrance to the rooms surprised us. But the actual room and hotel was a nice experience.

I loved our stay here at Walton's Gardens. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and sang to us as it was my partner's birthday whilst we were. The rooms are lovely and clean and spacious as is the whole of the hotel. I loved Arus the hotel dog who was so cute. Breakfast was lovely and it is in a great location and central to the main town.

It could be a little bit noisy at night as our room was towards the front of the hotel on the main road, other than that everything was perfect.

They just forgot to deliver quickly some meds to my friend (in an other room) but it was my fault as we left in a hurry to the airport.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff very nice. The location perfect for visiting Istanbul city center. Room was excellent and at our arrival we were offered to chose between to wonderful rooms.

Location was excellent; just a 2 minutes walk from the famous Istiklal shopping street. The one bedroom appartment was spotlessly clean, Bathrooms were small but were clean and served the purpose. The breakfast was like made to order but was presented in a very nice and professional manner. The food preparations were too good and laid out nicely. The staff at the front desk were helpful, they offered us complimentary Turkish tea/ coffee everytime, we entered the hotel from outside. Every person in this small hotel were very friendly, helpful and professional. My thanks to Mr. Kan, Ms. Nigar, Mr. Kirib and every other junior staff who made my stay a memorable one. We in fact checked into this hotel twice in our trip and have also recomended our friends to do the same when they visit Turkey. It is a big value for money.

Bathrooms were a bit small, but, did served our purpose. No other issue as such.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are incredible and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. they are so friendly, nice and helpful. Every single member of staff was exceptional to us. The communication with the team is also so simple. From the reception team, to the cleaners and the maintenance guys, everyone was a joy to be around. The breakfast was great and the young man running the breakfast is incredible. His service during our week stay was 10/10 and we cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond during our whole stay and for also making my wife’s birthday extra special. The rooms and facilities are also brilliant. We loved the design of the whole place, our room was so modern and comfy, the bed was great and everything was kept exceptionally clean. The cleaners do a great job of keeping everything beautifully clean. Keep doing what you do guys. Thank you for making our stay one that we will always remember for your amazing hospitality.

Manager Kaan and staff were exceptionality helpful, welcoming and kind. Since it was our marriage anniversary Mr Kaan upgraded our room to King suite which was specially decorated with flowers and balloons. Service is on the 5 star hotel level, with daily cleaning, daily new towels, bathrobes and free bottles of water... Bad are pretty comfortable.

It is a 4 star facility and that is want one should expect relating to room , lobby , garden... On the other hand service is on 5 star level. Location is 100 meters from famoust Istiklal st and that can be an advantage but also a disadvantage due to noice specially on weekend. Nevertheless we would stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul 🙂

Affordable luxury at it's best! We've booked the queen suite room but to our surprise we've been upgraded to the king suite . Woww! The room is georgous - immaculately clean and very tasteful interior design. The hotels’ location is perfect, only a 2-minute walk to the Istiklal Street. The staff is considerate, warm and very welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make sure that my stay would be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is also delicious and offers a wide variety of breakfast dishes. I‘ll definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the Walton Gardens Pera!
