The room is well equipped with all amenities - it was very hot, the air conditioner worked extremely well. The bedding was comfortable. The neighbourhood felt vibrant, and safe through the night - there are more than enough eateries and supermarkets to have cooked and fresh food. It is a walking distance from Sultanhamet and the riverside.

There is a faint odour in the bathroom every few hours - that may have been plumbing issues. It did not create any problems, water pressure was fine as well.

The hotel was very good. clean. they change bed sheets and towels everyday. Nıce hotel overall.

It was very cold. I trıed to turn on heater but could not. Althought locatıon ıs close to Sultanahmet but walkıng was very dıffıcult because you have to pass hıll up sıde down.

We enjoyed the stay. Boris is an excellent host and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Leyla. The cleanliness of the room is excellent, the beds are very comfortable. The place is quiet and has a small supermarket very close. There are restaurants, souvenir shops at a very good price. Tourist sites are nearby, approximately 10 or 15 minutes walking. We loved walking the pier in the evenings and enjoying the sunset. Breakfast is delicious, typical Turkish breakfast. The value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

Awesome hotel. We spent six nights here and it was really great. The hotel is comfortable and well located. The staff was really helpful as we were travelling with a baby. I hope we will be back soon!

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Equipped bathroom, fresh towels, mini shampoo bottles. Equipped with AC, fridge, kettle,....all you need. Nearby, grocery shops, restaurants, barbershop, great location.

Had some difficulty with the hot water, room is on the smaller side but that's to be expected in Europe. Also they don't use blackout curtains.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Ottoman’s Pearl Hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. They went over and beyond to help make my stay as hassle-free as possible. The sevice from the 24/7 desk team was exceptional as well.
