The location is the best! Stuff is nice, they did their best to help all the time. Price was OK regarding to everything. We came early, they let us leave the luggage, some rooms even could check-in earlier. They were responded all my questions in time.

Cleanness - all the guests complained about this. Also rooms were small, but its fine. Those rooms which there not on the street side - had a noise of the A/C. Each key could open each door :)) And the internet was OK in the lobby only, thats a big problem for me.

the hotel was not clean and tidy. the rooms were dirty, the carpets were not vacuumed. the bathroom is dirty, especially the shower cabin. Breakfast extremely bad. no one speaks english.

The worker at the reception was very aggressive and disrespectful. He did not help me in anything and was angry all the time. The customer service was very very bad.

Damaged shower cabines, teared down rooms, healthy matts...

Only the reception guy Ramazan was good. Apart from him, there was not even a single point in this hotel which we would like to remember from this hotel.

The moment we entered the hotel at 9 AM, we came to know that we can't get the rooms until the others check out by 12 Noon, even though at the time of booking it says check in from 9 AM. We and my family were to left to sit in the reception until 1 PM after which we got the rooms. The rooms finished the moment you enter into it. It is so small including washroom. There is no facility in the hotel such as Electric kettle, complimentary water bottle which are basic for any hotels. The washroom doors were not closing, you have the hold the shower nozzle when you take shower as it won't get fixed properly. Hotel staffs had no job to make sure our stay was pleasant. They were busy in their own world, this may be because of the language issue but being a hotel, basic English should be fine to understand the guest requirements. The phone in the rooms were not working, so we had to go down to reception if we need anything. Overall, not the kind of hotel where we would prefer to come again.

DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION! TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, totally not worth it. There was a lot of noise coming from the Air conditioner, went and complained to the receptionist and no action was taken, he wasn't even bothered. Also the hair blower wasn't working, went and complained about that as well and same thing as before no action was taken. Our reservation included breakfast but there was just cheese, olives and some bread nothing else. Overall the place was very dirty, in the bathroom close to the sink were even some eaten strawberries. The rooms were nothing like the photos in booking. The shower is so narrow that if you are a bit fatter then you can't even bend to wash your own feet
