I recently stayed in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment with my family for a 10-day holiday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly respectful and helpful, especially Mr. Orhan and Mr. Ahmet, who ensured everything was perfect for my family.The apartment was kept impeccably clean, with a team of four lady cleaners coming in every day to change the bedsheets and towels and clean the entire apartment. They even provided extra blankets whenever we needed them, which was great for our family guests . The apartment has been recently renovated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. My kids had a great break and the convenience of being able to order groceries or restaurant food online was a huge plus, with everything arriving at our door in just 20 minutes. We also loved the option to arrange a Mercedes Vito for a day at a reasonable price, making it easy for us to explore all the historical sites on the European side. Overall, this was a fantastic experience for the whole family, and I can't recommend it enough!My husband and I will book this place again !

Value for money and by saying that I don’t mean some sub standard hotel for a knocked down price. The hotel itself is situated in a safe and quiet area about 7-8 minutes walk away from shops including a bakery. As we decided against renting a car we walked a lot and relied on Uber and public transport which is very efficient and adequate such as metro ferry trams and busses to get to where we wanted to go. Cost wise at the end of our stay worked out the same as hiring a car but using the public transport gave us the chance to see the social fabric of the city we were visiting. We always felt safe and found people generally very helpful as some went out of their way to escort us to the correct platform/destination. The level of service we received at the residence was second to none and the reception staff, Ahmed, Haydar, and Orhan, beyond the bound of duty to resolve any issues inside or outside the residence we may have had. We are very grateful for their help and would like to congratulate the owners on putting together such an efficient team. The apartment itself was very spacious comfortable as well as well equipped and immaculately clean. The cleaning team could come every day if you so wished they clean everything and replace towels. We enjoyed our 10 day visit to Istanbul and thanks in big part to Princess Residence for providing us with a warm and friendly home base.

The location is far from touristic sites.

Relatively big flat , best staff ever ( speak English very well , friendly & cooperatives ) Everything close to you like supermarkets , restaurants close to journey areas like Sabanja or Shella . It's family fat 100%

Far from phosphorus so definitely you need car .

The apartment was spacious, very modern and very clean. The sitting room and bedrooms were well furnished, comfortable and clean.The kitchen, bathrooms were well equipped and very clean. There is nothing to fault. Tea and coffee sachets were provided daily in the apartment. There is also a cafe where you can sit and relax with coffee and/or tea free of charge The staff were excellent. I cannot recommend them enough. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. The location is on the Asian side which is quite far from the European side where most of the main tourist attractions are. But the taxis, ferries, trains and metros are more than adequate and inexpensive to use and add to the overall experience.

It was a safe, clean and modern place, perfect for families. We had a quiet apartment with an air-condition. In the apartment we had everything we needed. The elevator was always clean. There is a cozy teehouse in the yard. We enjoyed very tasty Turkish Tee and coffee there. The housekeeping were very respectful, they came everyday and asked us if we needed anything. The highlight of the hotel was it's receptionists. They were all very helpful and supportive. They supported us in every little thing. They helped us as we had problems with our Taxi or with our flight. These ment a lot for us. Thanks a lot. 🙏 Tipps: Since the hotel is located in the Asian side, I would suggest to enjoy this part of the city. There are much better Malls, Outlets, Seaside, and walking areas than European side. Check the website of the hotel. For tourist spots in European side could be 1 day enough. You can ask the hotel for a day transfer or travel with marmaray Train. If you go with your car, make sure not to go on rush hours, because the traffic in istanbul has another level. Google Navi is not accurate in istanbul. Always ask about the best route with public transportation.

I recently stayed at Princess Suites for seven nights and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is located in Kartal, Istanbul, which made it easy to access the city's attractions. The staff was extra friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were beautifully designed and furnished with top-of-the-line amenities that guarantee truly satisfying relaxation. The hotel is also conveniently located near the most important Bagdat high street on the Anatolian side and very near to the Marmara sea where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset on its boulevard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We liked everything, the place was very clean and new , the rooms was very big and comfy, the staff were so friendly and specially Mr Orhan he helped us alot and greeted us nicely, we like how quiet the area and people were friendly, the Toilets were clean and new, has a big hall with dining table and kitchen with dishwasher and fridge and all appliances, washing machine.

The booking exceeded our expectations. The location and the room (we care a lot about the cleanliness of everything, especially the bathrooms), and this place exceeded our expectations, thank you for making our stay in Turkey amazing. We highly recommend this place if you want to stay away from the busy city in Asian side of Istanbul. The staff was very nice helpful, they speak English and arabic.

I loved the fact that we had alot of facilities like a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer ,drying rack. There's room service within the cost, where cleaners come and clean your room and replace the shampoos and towels etc. There's a lovely cafe within the garden of the property that have free teas and coffees all day. We had a faulty light which they fixed for us straight away. Everything was brilliant. Would highly recommend.

The staff in the reception were excellent. They were friendly and professional and they speak English very well and they always try to help. I would like to especially thank both Mr. Orhan and Mr. Haider for being so kind. Also, the cleaning staff were professional. Many thanks to all.

Perfect location for us. We have family in Kartal, and it was a really short drive for us to go meet them. Very close to Sabiha Gökçen airport! The staff were very friendly and fulfilled our every request. There is a coffee/tea corner on the ground floor where you can sit and meet people - great addition !

It was a little tricky to unlock/lock the main door from outside, but that’s just a small thing. It’s a new construction so it will get better with time.
