They had kindly upgraded me to a room with a view. The view is nice but as a person who is very sensitive to noise it’s better to stay in a room in the middle/ no view because then there is no noise from the passing Marmaray train.

I would like to express my gratitude and commend the receptionist “Sinem” for her exceptional service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and highly efficient. She and her manager Elif handled my check-in seamlessly, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail truly made my experience memorable. Sinem is an asset to your team, and I hope her outstanding service is recognized and appreciated. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant! Same appreciation goes to Hasan as well.

The location was in a nice neighborhood, it was close to a bus stop and a short walk from the train station, with a good room view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The mini fridge in the room seemed to not work well and took a full day to cool items in it. The breakfast, while varied, was bland and not that tasty. The keycards seemed to malfunction twice during my stay, and needed to be taken to the front desk to be fixed, but the staff fixed them immediately. The bidet's water pressure was weak.

Absolutely amazing view from our room. For me it was very important. Tasty Breakfast with nice variety. And like a bonus- seagulls behind the windows) The location of the hotel is great and close to everything: cafes, restaurants, boat station, metro station and etc. Will definitely come again to this place. Breakfast was great!

The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was nice and big. It would've been nice to have a sheet or duvet. The window looked out into a back passage, not very nice.

Exceptional service. Clean room. Decent breakfast. Nice neighborhood. Close to Marmaray train stop, shops, restaurants, and more. Wi-fi was really good and reliable.

The property is very nice and is easy to commute the train station just by hotel. The hotel staff are very nice and very welcoming and the restaurant as well. It was amazing. Good food.

People smoking cigarette in front of the hotel entrance. It would be nice if the hotel has free shuttle to take you to tourist attraction that way you feel safe and protected.

Good rooms, great personnel, underground parking. 5 minutes walk to Marmaray (train to Istanbul center). Decent breakfast, however it would be perfect if they can add more meat products. Nice sea view from selected rooms.

The shower is a bit strange, you either have a tropical one from the ceiling or the tap at the bottom. Nothing in between. Construction works between hotel building and sea. Some noise from Marmaray trains.

Very good and delicious breakfast, easy check in and check out procedure, rooms are clean.

Poor noise isolation - I cam hear other visitors, who live on same floor, talking on phone. Also there's railway noise. Bad smell in bathroom, very poor ventilation in bathroom. Almost no English channels on TV.

the staff was really nice especially Miss Guler. She was very friendly and helped out a lot. The rooms were tidy and nice. The cleaners were so friendly. The area around it was great, close to supermarkets, restaurants and easy to commute via ferry, train and bus.

It would be great if we could connect our phone to the tv and download youtube on the tv. Would of been nice to add some pastry to the breakfast menu.
