- New area with a luxury streets and shops nearby, and good infrastructure - Friendly staff especially the Chechens girl she speaks Arabic and English as well I think her name is Dina or Diana . Also Muhammad in the reception very nice man. - the room is well equipment with high end brand appliances and most of kitchen materials are available - good for a med- long stay as the apartments contains everything - safety as lefts works with key cards , cctv everywhere - Opposite to a famous resturant in turkey “ meat moot” - partial view for the 2 bedroom apartments in upper floor , with a green valley view. - Good location near by super market ‘ Magros’ , a pharmacy and hospital , we had emergency as our young daughter had a severe fever and the hospital was 100 meters , also a meet shopping mall “vadi Istanbul ‘ maybe 8-10 minutes walking - swimming pool is clean with a salty water they offer you water and a towel at entrance - lots of cafes and restaurants around Thanks 🙏 to the team

- Hard to reach from main road coming from the airport as you should use internal street passing over cafes and other hotels entrance - the deposit in the checkin 200 dollars I prefer to pay it by cash though doesn’t like to wait for a refund on the credit card - the tv at the gym not working

These apartments are rated 4 stars and are considered serviced hotel apartments. It was a good experience, and I would repeat it. Below are the positive aspects: The location is good, with a shopping center nearby that offers all services. The one-bedroom apartment is suitable for a small family of up to 3–4 people. The guest service staff are excellent in their dealings.

The following areas need improvement: Avoid taking rooms overlooking the restaurants, as the smell enters the apartment. Bathroom: The water pipe distribution is very poor. For example, when using the shower, the water pressure in the sink becomes weak, as they are all connected to the same source. The balcony is very narrow, and I don’t understand why the air conditioner compressors are placed there, which causes heat. There are no service elevators for hotel staff, which is inconvenient. Breakfast is very basic, with no fresh juices. Important note: There is no room service for food, only water. The hallways and corridors are not air-conditioned, and there are ventilation openings that emit unpleasant heat. In addition, there are no windows in the corridors.

I loved the breakfast buffet!! Ariff took care of my entire family we stayed for 10 days by the end of our trip he memorized each family’s members egg order haha. All the servers there were trainend well and professional also the bell boys super polite and respectful. I fail to recall the name but a gentleman with grey hair was always being so helpful to us he was present at the buffet each morning. And one bellboy with longish black hair was very generous with helping weigh our bags by standing on the scale and carrying each of our 7 bags because we were told that the scale is broken and was sent to fedex.

To be completely honest i hated that we communicated to the hotel beforehand that our flight will be early mornibg and if possible we wanted an early check-in. But we ended up entering our room at 1 pm when we arrived at the hotel’s around 7 am

Location is perfect and quite area, next to Vadi Istanbul Mall which includes many stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Golf car service to mall for free but without returning back to hotel (service from 10am - 6pm).

Would prefer to include varieties of food in breakfast, cleaning level is not satisfactory as we found on the bed sheets dust and bathrooms floors has many dead insect and not cleaned bathroom, limitation in light as well and towels are old which need to be renewed. Went to swimming pool and asked us to cover the head with their provided hat (cotton) cost 250 Lira each and all water goes inside???

The hotel breakfast was simple but very delicious. The staff in the breakfast area were excellent, especially Mr. Hakan. He was extremely polite, well-mannered, kind, and very professional. I truly appreciate his outstanding service. The location of the hotel was also great, making it convenient to explore the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience wasn't as expected. The room furnishings were quite old and looked worn out. In the bathroom, I even spotted two insects, which was very unpleasant. While some of the reception staff were polite, I found that most of them lacked warmth and friendliness, which made the overall atmosphere less welcoming. Overall, I believe the hotel needs some improvements, especially in terms of cleanliness and customer service. I hope they take these issues into consideration for future guests.

The room was perfect for a family with kids. My baby had plenty of space to play in the living room and the kitchen was perfect and fully equipped! They were also generous with water they would give two big bottles everyday. The location was nice too not too far from all the places we visited. The furthest was Nisantesi around 30 minutes. It was also convenient having a mall right next to us!

We spent one night then went to Bodrum then came back for 4 nights. The first night was perfect they upgraded us and everything was great. When we came back for the 4 nights, our room was unfortunately not cleaned properly and filled with mosquitos. The name on the screen was for the previous guest and was never changed. We found a comb hidden in the couch which means the cleaning wasn’t done properly before we check in. The AC and some lights were not working but a technician came and fixed them. At some point the internet stopped working but they also immediately sent a technician to fix it.

The One-Bedroom apartment we stayed in (812) was modern, nicely designed and overall very well fitted, though the apartment layout could have been more effficently designed; as the bedroom had very little space beyond the large bed and fitted cupoard; whilst toilet/shower room having extra spacious unnescesarily. The apartment had a pleasant Balcony with a table & seating. We were gratefull for the Clothes Washing Machine and Dryer situated in a built in cupboard by the entrance. We also much appreciated the kitchen being fitted with a complete range of high end (Siemens) appliances including a Fridge/Freezer, Conevntion Oven, Microwave, 4 x Electric Cooking Hobs, dishawasher, 2 x coffee makers; along with a all necessary pots & pans, cutlery & crockery, making it practical & convenient to self cook meals and therefore a felxible and comfortable stay.

Two items:- 1) Though the space is tight, the bedroom does need either a dresser & stool, or a comfortable armchair within it, making it possible to change clothing comfortably. 2) Both flat screen TVs, though large in size, had older technology in not being 'Smart TVs', therfore not making it possible to stream to the TV from your mobile device. A function that is generally availble in televisions of most modern quality accomodation properties nowadays.

The location was excellent for families surrounded by restaurants, cafés, mall and hospital. We were allocated a lovely one bedroom facing inwards and very peaceful. It had everything and felt like home right away. Housekeeping always available and accomodating. Réception staff very professional and helpful. It is definitely our go to hotel in Istanbul.

Would have liked to use private transportation referred by the hotel but they were overly priced.

Staff are lovely, helpful, & kind. 1 bedroom apartment is clean & spacious. Bed was comfortable.

We had booked an airport pick up, that didnt show up. Breakfast was not “superb” as described. It was basic & ok. The area is very beautiful, but located far from tourist attractions. It is too close to a hospital (LIV hospital). We were shocked to see many guys with head bandages over breakfast & around the area (hair transplants), explaining this to a 4 year old was a little challenging :)

Staff there is incredible. Their customer service and attention to guest is an example how it should be. At that place I feel like at home. Dania from customer service went above an beyond to find a prefect room for us., Oktay , bellboy is the best bellboy ever. Sometimes I feel like he reads our minds, by helping us in his discreet way. His knowledge and skills are at level of experience concierge. Hakan and Arif in restaurant are another huge value of this place. Being available but at the same time discreet and invisible, until the second you need something. They remember habits of each guest and as we were entering breakfast rom they are bringing our favorite beverages to the table. Other employees are great too, just didn't have much chance to talk to them and learn their names. receptionist, cleaners all great. Venue itself has anything you may think of on your trip no matter short or long stay. Not centrally located but in a great part of Istanbul. All important touristy locations are easy accessible by taxi. With fully equipped kitchen, supermarket within 3 minutes and great restaurants nearby you can take care of your meals! Highly recommended.
