Highly recommend this hotel. I came to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty and I think this is one of the best hotels you can stay at if you come for a surgery because of its high quality services. Our room was always perfectly cleaned and the housekeeper changed our bedsheets every day. The staff provided me with an ice every hour which helped me a lot with the bruising and swelling. I really appreciate their support and efforts for making my healing process a lot easier. The location of the hotel is also great. There are two big malls nearby and a lot of restaurants. Prices at the hotel’s restaurant are also reasonable and the food was delicious, but the menu can be improved to contain more choices. The staff is really nice and friendly.

The only person that wasn’t smiley to us was Robert at the reception desk which also mistakenly gave us different room than the booked. After complaining the other staff quickly fixed the problem by changing our room.

Stayed her last year and once again recently. We called the reception before arriving around 11 am in the morning to request early check in but before we could request, the staff confirmed that our room is ready and we can arrive any time. On arrival we met respectful and lovely girl at the reception (I think Selena?) she said that our room has been upgraded to even a better one (Although I booked a king room). It was a double room with great Marmara sea views at level 10. Room was spacious and very clean. We had fresh fruits in the room (free!!) and free water bottles every day. Bathroom was clean, towels were changed every day and a large jacuzzi bath tub. Breakfast was very nice and lots of options every day. The area where breakfast is served is has amazing views of the city and sea. Location of this hotel is great. There are two shopping malls less than 5 minutes walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby within a radius of 10-15 minutes. Love this place and stay.

Comfortable hotel in a lively, non-tourist area; attentive and friendly housekeeping, reception and bar staff. Staff at breakfast not very customer focused.

Wifi is difficult to connect. Once connected it works reasonably well.

The extractor fan wasn't working in our bathroom. Also, there was a smell in the bathroom when we woke up and came back to the room in an evening. Could be due to the communal plumbing system. Not having mugs for tea in the rooms. The small cups are not big enough for tea.

This review is from my wife and daughter. Great location, away from the busy tourist area but not far. Very close to a big shopping malls - walking distance away. Food in the area was excellent. Taxi stand outside the hotel. Metro station was under 10 mins walk. Hotel restaurant and bar/cafe was excellent. Breakfast was different each day with lots of variety, particular attraction was the location of breakfast area situated at the roof top where you have great view of the sea. Siting area was quite large with option to sit outside. Room was spacious with a large bathroom/toilet. We booked family room for 3 adults but when we entered the room we got amazed that it was a twin room and bed were so comfy. Room also had comfy chairs to sit and the view from the room was facing the sea. We arrived late as our flight got delayed. On arrival at the hotel reception around 0200 AM, we met a nice person at reception (sorry don't remember his name) who welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel at home. Everyday the room was cleaned. New toiletries were provided. All staff including managers were very respectful and polite. Wifi was free but the wifi speed was not that great to download but good for normal use.

I want to thank all the staff there for the nice reception and welcoming, helping to provide all necessary requests I have asked for. The breakfast varaiety was amazing and over expectation. Huge selections and very clean place. I recommend this hotel in this area and will surely book again whenever I visit bekirkoy area.

I have asked for a goose feather pillow but unfortunately they don’t have.

This Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood and has access to marmara metro station within 10 minutes walk. There are several shops and 2 malls around with several restaurants. The view for king bed suite is the best option for seeing the see.

Hotel was good, no problem with any thing. Breakfast was average.

I love this hotel you feel you are in your home with your family thanks again for Miss Salama in front desk and Mr forkan in front desk and the lovely man Mr Muhammad Ali with his nice smile from the Front office also the bill Captain Mr Burhan I will not forget Mr Hassan he is so kindly and helpful the housekeeping the waiters in restaurant everybody smile and helpful it’s really strong management and good stuff.

Very friendly staff

No English breakfast but I wouldn’t expect bacon and eggs in a Muslim country. What was available though for breakfast was excellent
