I recently stayed at Titanic Port Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location is unbeatable, The staff's warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch to my stay, making it truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful experience. As for Breakfast, it was very delicious and staff were so friendly and helpful.

The location is great if you plan to stay a little longer: it is not close to attractions but it is much cleaner and overall more pleasant than the historic downtown. There are two big malls right next door. The Aquarium is a 10 minute taxi ride away. The metro is less than 10 minutes walk. We took the taxis that park in front of the hotel or the ones on the corner next to the mall - they use meter. A very nice embankment is about 13 minute walk. We went to the pool and the hotel's restaurant twice. The pool was pleasant, not too crowded. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the staff was multilingual. The room and the bathroom were spacious, very clean, the reception staff was very helpful and accomodating. We needed smaller pillows and they delivered them to our room immediately. On my mom's birthday, we received a birthday cake and cocktails, which was a very nice touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We had one unpleasant incident during our one-week stay. At breakfast (November 12), one of the staff members (a female) came to our table and, while my mom was eating, lifted her plate to collect another plate that was under it. She didn't ask permission, just grabbed it. It was a bit shocking. She then collected our glasses with water, which, again, we were still using. When we protested, she just laughed and left. The whole situation was very strange, we only encountered very polite staff members at breakfast before and after that day, but this incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I wrote down the woman's name and can share it with the hotel's management.

Excellent buffet breakfast each morning. Our room was spacious with a good shower. Our rooms were always cleaned each day with fresh towels, toiletries. The cleaner Nagib was very helpful and courteous. Really good facilities with the gym, pool and steam room. Guest services were very helpful when planning our days in Istanbul, particularly Angel who helped us a lot with our planning.

Whilst there was wet floor signs out, the areas around the pool and jacuzzi had a built up of water which made them slippery, would have benefited of more frequent clearing away of the water.

Everything was perfect. You feel welcomed here by everyone and Everything. Check in is fast. They present welcome drink. I liked the cleanliness of the room, the colors, the decor and the details. You will find your main bath needs, mini bar, prayer mat, ka'ba direction, slippers, sewing kit, etc. The room smell is nice. The breakfast was great. There was a variety of delecious food to choose from. The reception responds quickly to your requests. In fact all the staff here try their best to make your stay as great as possible. Special thanks to Nihan, Mert and Merve for being so kind and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. The location is great, next to two shopping malls and streets full of shops, cafes and local restaurants. The marina is 15 minutes walk.

I recently stayed at the Titanic Hotel Bakırköy and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They even offered me a great discount, which was a pleasant surprise. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread. The location is also a major plus - it’s conveniently close to the city center and the sea, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful views. Overall, I highly recommend the Titanic Hotel Bakırköy for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in the area.

My favorite hotel in Istanbul. Second time I stayed there and it was great like the first time. Location is right beside 2 shopping malls. Most people tend to stay in the old center, quite honestly this location is much better. The costs of taxi’s in Istanbul is small, so best to stay at a clean hotel with great facilities. We had 2 rooms, one for me and one for the kids, with a main entrance to access both rooms. This made it easier to check on the kids, and allow you privacy in the comfort of your own room as a parent. Thank you Melek and Simge for making the stay even better with your help. My daughter lost her ring near the swimming pool and they both helped to find it quickly.

I liked everything. Perhaps the only recommendation to the hotel is to increase the variety of food at breakfast.

Since, I arrived in the evening shift. Starting from reception, Mr. Hussain (10) and Ms. Ezgo (10) are excellent & professional in dealing with guests. Hotel is exceptional due to its location,, and car parking availability. Rooms are just fine an comfortable. An old gentleman (sorry don't have his name) who goes on every room to double check the needs of guests... Thank you Sir. All other staff members at the restaurant, with no exceptions, are trying their best to serve. I must thank everyone at Guest relations and House keeping. The location is great as the nearby train station is 10 min walk and you can access the rest of the city from the Marmary Line. The room was great, quiet and the beds were very comfy. We had all the amenities we needed, and most importantly it was cleaned every day. The staff was very welcoming, Angel & Simge were very informative, they asked about our stay and let us know that we can ask them for anything, they made sure we had all the info we needed on how to reach the city centre.

The breakfast was great but sometimes the staff would take your plate without asking if you've finished your food. And also, I didn't see any sunny-side up eggs which I usually find in all hotels.

Parking area needs to be managed in a better way, because the way to exit the parking area needs some time to get the gate open. In addition, the receptionists should be better at directing the customers to the activities around Istanbul or they should tell us to talk to who knows better "customer relations" because when we talked to them, they were amazing, but the receptionists were misleading us to very high sales.

However, transportation options are accessible and make it fairly easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend Titanic Port Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay with convenient amenities nearby. It’s a great base for business or leisure, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere.
