The staff was very attentive and very helpful. And special thanks to the General Manager for the welcome card. I recently stayed at Ramada Plaza Istanbul City Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in an excellent location, with easy access to the Osmanbey Metro Station and within walking distance of the Istanbul Military Museum and Istanbul Convention & Exhibition Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooftop swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic, with a panoramic view of Istanbul from the rooftop. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall experience of staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I have no words to express how happy I am to stay at the Ramada Hotel (the best hotel in Istanbul) Thank you Mr. Koray. I really enjoyed the Gym at the rooftop and the spa. Location is great yet a bit noisy. Warm gratitude towards the French/turkish reception lady for her kindness

The only thing I regret is the mattress quality and the noise. It’s not a place for deep sleep

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location directly opposite Osmanbey Metro station and a mere 20-minute stroll from Taksim. With an abundance of eateries and food joints right on its doorstep, as well as a convenient market for daily necessities, the location couldn't be better. The restaurant serves an outstanding breakfast, featuring a live kitchen and a wide range of options to satisfy all tastes.

Hotel rooms needs minor refurbishment, i was informed that this process has already begun on the day of my departure, otherwise no other concerns.

Ramada Plaza is a good option for istanbul travelers, we had a good stay its away from chaos yet near from taksim square for around 20 mints walk and from nasintasi as well, the good part is Mcdonalds in the hotel. some little things were missing in the room like shoe cleaner, loofah , toothbrush & the AC needs to be renewed. but all in all our stay was great , good and friendly staff. special thanks to Eyupcan for his great welcoming. I Recommend this Hotel 👍🏼

Everything was perfect

Hotel is very clean, the workers are very friendly and nice, the pool is great for swimming and sunbathing. The location is perfect. Breakfast is very delicious.

For a suite compared to others in Istanbul, it is HUGE was so comfortable. Only wish the other bathroom had a shower as well. Sofa bed was comfortable but was not set up or ready for my arrival. But not a big deal. I had a handicapped person and the bedroom was more than bug and comfortable for them in a wheelchair. This hotel has the BEST HOTEL GYMS I'VE seen in my life. They should be proud of it. Also, the room was given to us late, but the redeemed us with 3 massage vouchers in their spa. I can say it's the best redemption ever because their massages were so good and much needed. I never felt the need to leave a review before but they deserve big kudos.

They say it is a wheelchair accessible hotel, but they should've had bigger elevators to connect the ground floor to the lobby We made it work by removing attachments from the wheelchair but they should've made it more comfortable and big/wide for other kinds of wheelchairs/strollers
