We had a wonderful 7-day stay at your hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. 1. Every single person in this hotel was super friendly, always ready to help. 2. Location is in 5 minutes walking from Taksim square and Istiklal street. 3. I asked them to choose a high level room, so they booked for me a room at level 8 with outdoor terras and jacuzzi. It was wonderful. 4. Super clean, they changed the sheets and towels, and organized the mess of our room each day.. Recommended for everyone going to Istambul. Of course I will book it again.

The breakfast is very basic, but tastes good. The breakfast area is very small, and no windows or balconies. The surrounding was very noisy, in this never sleeping city, so the chilling at the terras was not that calm.

The prime location to Taksim square is the most beneficial stand out feature of this boutique hotel. Price meets service and anyone choosing this place should consider that they are staying at a 3 star boutique hotel with basic breakfast service. Staff is extremely eager to help even though their English language is a little basic. Overall I would prefer this only for location and would choose another hotel for additional amenities.

Air conditioner is good at cooling but does not work on heating. Advertised as smoke free but the stairwells stinks of smoke and even the bathroom had some ashes on the floor which was not cleaned and overlooked for 3 days.

First of all the location was excellent. It was 3 minutes walk from Taksim square. We had no problem talking the metro or the buses. The room was excellent. It was exactly as we saw in the photos here. It was big enough and had all the comforts that were promised. Every day the staff cleared the room and everyone was very polite in this hotel. The breakfast was really good and had a wide variety of food and beverages. This hotel was a really value for money!

The neighbourhood was a bit loud in the night and the noise was a little bit disturbing some time between 23:00-02:00 but it was not a fault of the hotel. Also, the only "bad" thing I can say about the hotel was the mattress was very hard.

I would like to share my feedback regarding the Taximist hotel in Taksim. This is my 4th visit to Istanbul and this is the first time that I am truly 100% satisfied with my stay. The hospitality, warm welcoming, the cleanliness of the establishment, the 24/7 smile of the team whether day or evening. A big greeting especially to Mr.Serkan, also a big greeting to Yılmaz every morning restaurant waiter, Kamuran oğulcan cem receptions and let's not forget especially Esma housekeeping with her beautiful smile. Thank you very much and keep it up!

I really appreciate friendly staff at the reception. In the first room I was given there was a loud noise from outside´s disco. As I asked for a better room which would not be so noisy, I was given a room 801 at the very top, free upgrade. The room was very good for the price and everything necessary was there. Wifi was working well, air conditioning as well. There were free toileteries in the bathroom. There was a fridge in the room, too. The hotel is located in a messy street but everything works well inside. The big advantage of the hotel is that it is close to Taksim Square and the underground.

Breakfast is the only downside here. The variety of food is limited, no ham, only one or two types of cheese. Juice was not very tasty.

The location of the hotel is very good- it is near the TAXIM metro station, tram and busses. It is very close to a pedestrian area- with shops and lovely caffees. The room was spatious, nice decorated and with a very comfortable bed :) The breakfast was quite good, but I would prefer more turkish bread and meze.

The street is quite dirty. The flooring of the rooms should be changed because it makes the room look very old. The breakfast could be more turkish (because you expect that when you come to Turkye), I would suggest not to give salads with mayo, but more fresh vegetables, fruits, and Turkish bread (including flat ones too).

Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms, common areas, and dining spaces were consistently well-maintained, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a spotless and inviting atmosphere for their guests. This was a really nice place to stay for one night with my family. We needed a room to visit the city during our quick trip and it's perfectly just outside of Taksim Square which is a definite place to visit in Istanbul. We got in a little early so our room wasn't ready so the staff stored our bags and we went about visiting the sites. Once we were back after a few hours, the room was ready and we were satisfied. The included breakfast the next morning before our flight was great and there's an attendant who can help you find what it is you're looking for if you don't see it. I would stay again on another short trip.

It was my second stay at this hotel. The place is perfect, I like the room, can't say anything about other rooms but mine was very quiet. I think it's a perfect place in terms of money/comfort if you came for a short visit or it's your first visit to Istanbul and you would like to explore the city (close to metro, bus etc)

When I checked in, told to the stuff that the room is out of the toilet paper, they said that the problem will be fixed but in reality had to do it by myself. Not a big problem though but still not comfortable :)
