Clean and comfortable apartments with good breakfast on the terrace when you can seat during the day, drink tea or coffee and enjoy the Bosphorus view. The location is really convenient - you can easily reach any part of Istanbul by ferry or metro. Special thanks to all the staff - it felt like home there because everyone was so kind and ready to help me all the time. Especially when my flight has been cancelled and suddenly I had to stay in Istanbul for one more night. P.S. Best wishes to receptionist Kerem and kitchen crew, you are the best! :)

WiFi connection in my room wasn't stable from time to time.

A good option for a short stay in Istanbul if you are interested in the Kadikoy area and relative proximity to Sabiha Airport (1 hour by metro direct). The hotel is a classic 3 stars. Standard room size, there was a refrigerator, shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom and even disposable slippers. The staff is responsive and ready to help (they prepared me a sandwich, juice and water when I checked out early).

There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, although everywhere it is stated that the rooms are non-smoking. But this is more the responsibility of the guests than the hotel.

Perfect location on the Asian side. Friendly and helpful staff. The roof top breakfast place is soo good.

Room is spacious, property near with pier for ferry, near grocery store, and lots of eating places, & it located in the quite street even in middle of city. Roof top breakfast can sea the Boshporus Straits. Breakfast is awesome, the front desk guy very helpfull.

This is only my main concern that the property should address seriously and urgently. The floor of the room very very dusty and it will stick on your foot and become black spot and the stain will stuck on the white cloth such as floor mat, bedsheet. I have to wipe the floor by myself using the floor mat, before we can stay. Please wipe or mop the floor before the guest enter the room. Its quite frustrating after you have a long flight, and get to know the floor is very dusty and you have to wipe your floor before can take a rest after long flight. Please take this matter seriously and I mean it.

The bus station, ferry pier, shopping and restaurants area are all within walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Though they don't speak much English, they did their utmost best to make you feel at home. It truly felt like they genuinely cared about ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although it wasn't overly spacious, we didn't feel cramped or inconvenienced during our time there. Water, tea and coffee are available throughout the day in the breakfast hall. The WIFI service was reliable.

The rooms aren't soundproof.

Location is really good - close to ferry and aeroport bus, the very lively area with a lot of shops and restaurants just 10 minutes walking from the hotel. It was very clean, change of towels every day. Breakfast was OK for us, not a big choice of dishes, but everything was fresh and enough for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

1 The room was extremely small. We booked a room for 2 persons, but as for me the room is too small for 2, we stepped over suitcases each time crossing from bathroom to bed. Absence of chairs also makes it difficult to do something else in the room except sleeping :) 2 Only instant coffee for breakfast. A little bit disappointing for the country with so famous coffee traditions. But in general, worth of the price paid and recommended for staying if your purpose is go sightseeing and not staying all time in the hotel 😀

Great location, on a quiet street but very close to Kadikoy pier (where you can find ferries heading to the European side or to Princess’ Islands), and close to the bustling Kadikoy center Very helpful and welcoming staff and the owner The room was freshly renovated. The facilities were new and high-class. The room itself was very clean and kept clean throughout our whole stay. There was air conditioner in the room. Great breakfast served everyday at the hotel terrace with an amazing view of Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed Mosque Terrace itself, because it’s accessible until late night and it’s always possible to drink there some Turkish tea

Great hotel for the convenient location if you arrive by car and for the small but very functional private parking, you don't have to worry about anything once you arrive by giving the car keys to the staff they will take care of arranging the car and having it ready for you in the front row for the departure even if you check out very early in the morning. Rooms are quite spacious and clean and the breakfast is varied and tasty, more salty than sweet. The staff was very kind and friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Great location, 5 min on foot to Kadikoy ferry port, bus station, and metro stop (line 1 which goes directly to the airport Sabiha G). The hotel located in a quiet small streat in the heart of Kadikoy district with many shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. around. The staff was extremely friendly; I had only 2 hours for sight seeing before I left to airport (it was my first time in Istanbul), and the guys at the reception built and excellent rute for me, so I had a chance to take a ferry trip on the Bosphor, to explore some historical places on the European side, and to get back to the hotel on time. Breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs and sausages, different kinds of cheese, olives, fresh vegetables, coffee and tea. I will definitely stay here me next time in Istanbul!!!

I missed natural coffee at the breakfast table.

1. Location is good, lot of restaurants and shops around plus it took about 10-15 mins walking to the seaside 2. Room looks new and comfy 3. Breakfast was great, it has a nice terrace upstairs 4. Tea/ coffee during the day 5. It's possible to pay is USD or euro, it's possible to ask for a money exchange if you need it urgently (e.g we came by uber and the guy had no change so we have asked to change money and the reception, which was super helpful since it was about 2:00 am)
