I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The building is new, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly, kind, and always eager to accommodate any request. A special mention to the lady who cleans the rooms – she does an amazing job and is so kind and friendly. I stayed here after my surgery, and everyone was incredibly helpful during my recovery. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Also, don’t miss out on the chef’s amazing soups.

The hotel building is relatively new and modern one, however the neighborhood is somehow in contrast with the building. I've booked without breakfast. There are some good restaurants nearby, so neither breakfast nor dinner is a problem at all. The room was enough big, probably bigger than the average hotel rooms with same price / quality. If you're staying for business, it's a good choice.

The building isn't very close to anywhere touristic (depending on the expectations ofc). Kadıköy would take about 30 mins with bus, Beşiktaş about an hour and Taksim about 1.5h, if you're lucky. The hotel building isn't very close to sea. I stayed in eighth floor and the view was only buildings in the neighborhood.

The hotel is really tidy and pleasant. I had two large windows in my room so it was quite bright and sunny. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodated my requests for early check in, were very approachable and nice.

The neighborhood was not to my liking, but overall ok.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast. No smoke smell was a major plus for me.

Heat was not working properly, the food in the restaurant is not good.

Since the beginning the staff was friendly and kind to us. The rooms are clean and everything is decorated in a modern flair. The location is very good since there are many ways to reach out nearby by both bus and metro. Special and big thanks to the housekeeping personal Ebru! She were always in a good vibe and did a great job.

Hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast and fitness facility. Room was clean and big enough. Bathroom was clean. Complimentary water available in the room. Fridge and iron in the room. Hotel surrounded by places to eat and shops.

This was my second stay in the hotel and have enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was already good, and was now enriched which suited my needs even better. The staff like always is friendly and all service requests were fulfilled fast and with a smile. Standard items in the room like iron and board, shampoo etc have been there which made the stay even more easy.

The room was comfortable for us (2 adults and 2 kids) as it was one bedroom. The sofa bed was readily covered with linens and pillows to be able for us to use as a bed.

The hotel has limited parking spaces. In addition, it doesn't have a pool and play area for children which is necessary for me as I have two children that would like to play.

Very nice and polite staff. They were very helpful. My regular room was upgraded to suite without any extra charge. Breakfast was not included in my initial reservation and they included it during check-in. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Very convenient location in terms of public transportation (bus and metro).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Taxis were booked for us and additional assistance was provided. Ayup in particular was very helpful.

The location was a bit noisy at night.
