I was here with my daughter whom was having surgery and everything about this hotel was so perfect. it was near to the hospital, the whole hotel was clean and the rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were so helpful, as I needed to keep on getting ice and asking for help to get to places. The food food was really good too especially room service. I can’t remember the name of the room service/chef guy but he was lovely and the food was perfect.

we first had a room above a bar which was so noisy but the staff were really helpful and moved us to another room.

First of all, before coming to Istanbul I didn't really know what to expect. And upon arriving I realized that the location I chose to stay was perfect. While the ride to get to the wyndham in kalamis was over an hour it was worth it to be in a calmer part of istanbul. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, the front desk was welcoming when I arrived, the dining staff was wonderful and the members of the concierge staff were an invaluable source of information. Yigit, a concierge, provided me with countless restaurant options and detailed instructions on how to get from point a to point b. He gave me maps with information on what locations to see and how close they were to one another and told me which public transportation system would work best. He and all of the other concierges and staff made me feel comfortable in a country and city I had never been to. The hotel was perfect! The breakfast buffet was the perfect way to start the day and the epic gym you could use in the basement was a welcome surprise. Finally, the main attractions people talk about seeing in istanbul are in the old town(a metro or ferry ride away), but the area surrounding the hotel was just as good. Taking a walk down to moda(about 30 to 35 minute walk) and exploring that area was probably the highlight of my trip. In addition, you now have to use public transportation to see the old Town which is just another fun adventure. I hope everyone enjoys their stay in Istanbul

It was well equipped and silent room, looking at the inner side of the hotel. The hotel has an amazing roof top restaurant, good food and cocktails. It it looking to the Marina. Most probably will be better in summer but even it I go in the winter time I love to stay in there for the location and services. Also I need to mention Cumali Burak Demir was really helpful and kind in the times that I have spent in the lobby bar. Thanks to all the employees.

It is very difficult to find taxi even in the working hours week time. So if you need a transfer you need to book it one day before. You also need to consider the traffic jam in the area.

They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, and their attention to detail was truly impressive. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming ambiance. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and provided all the amenities one would expect from a top-notch hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different dietary preferences. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff in the dining area were attentive and ensured that everything was replenished promptly. The location of the hotel was also convenient, . Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or directions to popular tourist spots, Andy, Berk, and Yiğit Türel Concierge were always happy to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. Yiğit Türel provided me with unique guidance services, suggestions about high-quality restaurants, hidden gems in Istanbul, and much more. His communication in chat apps in English was superb, and I found him to be a highly trusted individual. Overall, my experience at Wyndham Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the hotel's comfortable accommodations, delectable breakfast, and the outstanding service provided by Yiğit Türem Andy, and Berk truly made my stay memorable. The hotel is nice and clean and the personel is very helpful. I would not say it is at the level of 5 stars.

Location! Do not believe the romantic view from the pictures. The hotel is actually located on a veeery heavy traffic street. And the back side it is on a back streetl, close to the port. I had a city view room and noise was awfull. Not to mention all kind of construction sites around, making noise. For the price I paid, I do not reccomend.

A few minor things to note: I noticed that my window whistled when the wind blew into it. This was only a minor annoyance, but it's worth mentioning if you're sensitive to noise. I also noticed that there were no toothbrushes or shavers in the room. I had to ask for them at the front desk, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The amenities were in big bottles, not in personal ones. The receptionist asked for a $50 returnable deposit at the check-in.

Firstly, the stuff and service was just above and beyond. 24/7 availability, we received help with everything we need and they were very kind and carrying. The hotel itself was very impressive, our room was beautiful and very clean, We have asked to change room due to noise and they moved us right away. wifi signal was really good, air condition was great, room service was delicious. Pools and spa were out of this world. 10/10 experience.

There were some drilling and road works until a pretty late hour and beside changing a room (which we done once) there was nothing else which could be done.

Very nice hotel .Area is better than Europe side not many tourist so much to do local people were amazing. Kadikoy-Bagdat caddesi-moda all very near.There is a very nice local cafe shop&restaurant lovely and reasonable priced(Khalkedon).

Prices in the hotel more expensive than Venice.You need to wear a swimming cap to go in the pool having a shower before isn't enough would advise you buy from outside🙈🙈.Another annoying thing is the mini bar you have to pay in advance which is 300 euros🤣🤣 🙈.We didn't want it so they put everything in the fridge and locked it.No fridge for a week.All week we ate and drank in very nice places l couldn't spend 300 euros.

Location was amazing since it was a residential area with a short walk to the marmaray metro station, which links one to most of Istanbul. I loved the Concierge service. Especially Emir Bey who was so professional and pleasant, especially since he knew us by name! Such a personal touch that makes this Hotel cozy, despite its grandeur! And Yigit Bey gave us recommendations to the best restaurants, and made all reservations for shows etc. Truly a pleasant experience. We look forward to staying again! The cleanliness, and crisp sheets, the accommodating cleaning and house keeping staff. The Breakfast was so good that when we extended our stay for another week, we opted out of the breakfast since it would fill us so completely that we couldn’t have lunch or dinner anywhere else! It is an authentic Turkish breakfast with an all you can eat buffet, including a chef service! Ammmazing!

The pillows were a bit too hard! Otherwise everything was perfect.

Classic interiors, extremely clean rooms and very pleasant arrangements related to the winter holidays. the location is also excellent providing all range of facilities for relaxation. The "cherry on the cake" was the Concierge services provided by Mr. YIGIT and colleagues who really do "a la carte" tourism services for the guests.

The room was smaller than advertised and the view was far from the published pictures. The breakfast is based mostly on local food, there is lack of information related to the "extra services" and the staff is insufficient and tired, as they work in all restaurants , practically on 24/7 schedule.
