Fantastic location, walkable to transit and many local sites. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I felt very cared for. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room and 18c while sleeping. During the day I had the window open and it was still a nice temperature. I was thankful for the bottles of water and the breakfast, I do have a positive suggestion of perhaps having signs for what the different items were, being from the west I wasn't familiar with all the options and I was unsure what I might be trying or missing out on because I was not sure if I would like it, but what I did try was delicious. I was provided a map with advice for local sites to see which was a nice touch. I also used their airport transfer 3 times and was very pleased. I also had my clothes laundered for a competitive price. I loved having a sea view room to wake up to. Couple of things to note, There are Mosques all over Istanbul and calls to prayer can be at ALL hours, so do yourself a favor and bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Also I knew this from pictures when I was booking but the bed was large and getting past it to the window side was a challenge with large luggage so if you have issues I'm sure they would help you lift the luggage over the bed. I hope this review helps you make your decision. The cleaning staff was wonderful. You can't go wrong for location, comfort, hospitality and price.

Staff are super friendly and do everything in their power to accommodate you. The customer service is truly exceptional, and they do really look after you. They also provide useful tips about where everything is located and how best to travel around istanbul. The hotel is located at the heart of the old Sultanahet area and close to everything the area has to offer.

Rooms are quite small, breakfast options are not the best and the hotel does not have any other facilities such as a fitness room. However, if you're staying here, you've likely chosen based on the location, which is pretty perfect.

Being here for the 3rd time, I see always improvements regarding the services. Breakfast is rich and daily changed, in the room they changes the towels and bed sheets daily + two bottles of water, which is good. We went at the end of December and the room was warm, no issue staing in a Tshirt. We choosed the hotel because in so close to the Blue Mosque and other facilities yet on a quiet street. We saw other hotels to match the comfort and the breakfast of Zeyn, but they were at the street (heavy noise from cars). Other than that, if you look carefully at the    staff, you will find a goodness and sincerity which I didn’t found yet in any hotel. Their mission is to help you finding solutions to your needs. Whatever might be. What I appreciate the most is that the manager has a kind gentle and sincere soul which I hope will not be counquered by money or stress. I found humanity; What I mean: the hotel is not limited to business, I pay the money, you give me the room. You have to experience the turkish hospitality for your self here.

The hotel location is at the perfect spot. Walkable to every tourist spots and very near to Cemberlitas tram station (train where you can go everywhere). As soon as you arrive, the staff will greet you and explain the navigation with a typical paper map(on where to go, where to not go etc). Very helpful, veryyyyy polite and clean property. Hotel staff and Manager are so polite and kind. The manager even gifted us some souvenirs (shawl and mug). Very much recommended place for a cozy stay. Felt so welcomed, and if you’re going with a family especially — this is a perfect spot. We’ll visit again if time permits In sha Allah.

As a senior woman traveling alone, I loved the warm welcome, safety and cleanliness at this small and modern hotel. Excellent service in English and everyone was personable and helpful. I felt very safe in a spotless and modern place. I also really liked having a refrigerator, hairdryer and coffeepot/teapot in the room. Staff will help you find anything you need, and have maps available. The location is on a side street, a slight uphill walk to to the Old Town attractions and public transportation. Many restaurants and stores (including a grocery store) within a 5 - 10 minute walk and I felt very safe, even walking home late in the evening.

No negatives. I really loved it there and would stay again in a. minute. I don't eat breakfast but had coffee and juice each day.

Everyone in the hotel staff was amazingly helpful and professional. Even though we had a last-minute flight cancelation and change of plans, the hotel management was extremely courteous and cooperative. Mr. Seleuk, the manager, welcomed us warmly and was always available and assisted us throughout. Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Azat at the reception desk were extremely helpful as well. They provided us a map of the major tourist attractions as well as the cheapest and best places for shopping. The bedroom and facilities were top-notch. We visited in winter, so hot water and heating was always available. The breakfast was decent as well. All in all, our stay was very comfortable, and we'd recommend everyone to give these guys a shot. Whenever we visit Istanbul next time, we'll definitely choose Zeyn Otel for our stay.

As a solo traveller, I had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, sorting out my travel card issues (which were entirely my own fault) and offering support and advice when needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, and I felt very safe. The location is great for all the main sights in Sultanahmet, which are 10 mins walk, and just 15 mins walk from the tram, which let's you access the rest of the city cheaply and easily. Will definitely return if/when I go back to Istanbul.

Would have been useful to have the breakfast buffet dishes marked as to which are vegetarian, but I didn't ask at the time because there was a big enough selection for it not to be a problem anyway.

The hotel staff was very nice, offered us tea and took very good care of us during our stay. The hotel is in a very quiet street, and one of our booked rooms had a great view of the sea. It’s especially nice that the hotel was only about a 10 min walk away from the Blue Mosque. There are small supermarkets around the area and plenty of restaurants. The staff cooked a delicious eggplant dish for breakfast, and regrettably we forgot to ask them how they did it. The rooms were cleaned daily. Overall, you get exactly what you pay for, and it is a good place to stay when you need a quiet rest after a busy city tour.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredible experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the main atractions of Istanbul. The breakfast was not only delicious but also authentically prepared, giving us a taste of local flavors. We stayed in a small room, which was exactly as described, so it wasn't an issue for us. However, I would recommend that anyone needing more space take that into consideration. What stood out the most for me was the friendliness of the staff. They were always willing to help and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I especially want to thank them for their assistance when our pre-arranged taxi didn’t show up. They promptly called a taxi for us in the early morning, ensuring we made it to our flight on time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

While being in the heart of the city can sometimes lead to a bit of noise, the hotel is situated on a quieter street, which helps minimize disturbances.

Location: Zeyn HI is located near the historic Mehmed Pasha Mosque. To Sultanahmet Square, it takes 10mins to walk, & to the nearest stop 'Çemberlitaş', in 7mins, where tram #T1 runs. Quiet location. On the right side of Zeyn HI, there is a store located in the corner. We found the prices to be more equitable. Rooms: were both clean & comfortable. Deluxe room we rented overlooking the sea was spacious and had average renovations. Friends had standard rooms with sea views and were smaller, with good renovations. The numbers correspond to the stated characteristics on Booking. Two people are provided with tea, coffee, and 0.5 bottled water per day. Elec.kettle present. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, but I cannot say about wet cleaning (maybe 2-3 a week). Towels for body-2pcs, for face-2 pcs, for legs -1pcs. Slippers-2pcs. Shower gel & shampoo for 2pcs. The robe isn't. Iron was given to us by the admin without any issues. Staff: Mahmoud & staff are highly skilled and helpful. We arrived late at night and we quickly checked into the room. Provided a map of the city and provided instructions on how to get there. Provided guidance on which routes to take. The day of departure our shuttle was scheduled to arrive at 5pm. And we wanted to walk around until the evening. The admin kindly offered to leave our suitcases in storage so that we could quietly go about our business. In a word, the admin didn't kick us out :D. Thanks, Mahmoud, you're best! Mahmoud exhibits genuine Muslim qualities! Breakfast: we all enjoyed very much. Boiled scrambled eggs and boiled sausages in tomato sauce. Different kinds of cheeses, breads, salads, olives. Peanut and chocolate pasta. Fruits, candies, juices & more. P.S.: By the way my wife forgot her hat in the room. It turned out that the cleaning lady took it to the storage room and went on business. Mahmoud wrote down our address and promised to send it by mail.
