The apartment is very cute, safe and very clean, with clean beds, clean towels, well-equipped kitchen, although some parts are missing. However, we are used to having what we need with us, so it didn't bother us too much. Probably if we asked for something, it was given to us. The wi-fi signal - I don't remember ever having encountered such a good signal anywhere. The underground parking and the pool were a criterion in choosing this accommodation, as well as the fact that we stayed at their other two locations, where it was just as perfect as here! Metro station and buses very close. Osman and Sinan, very nice, but would be good to learn some English...😅 

There is no towel holder in the bathroom, difficult for us to manage this in such a small (but beautifull) bathroom. There were some hangers, some of them broken, but in the shower cabin, where it would have gotten wet while showering..😅 Luckily, the apartment is full of storage spaces and we was able to use the closet next to the bathroom for towels 😊  Feedback Web result with site links

Price for my stay was about 25 euros. For that i had an appartment with everything you need. I think for that money it's more than nice. Yes, other comments is true that cleaning is not daily. Yes, you can have small issues in your apt (in mine the shower was a little broken and the water splashed in all directions, it also poured over the sides and in the whole bathroom, even outside the shower, everything was in the water. Also my "king size" bed was just two single beds placed side by side), but!!! I had very nice view from the window, the internet was enough for remote work, you have kitchen, dishwasher and metro is in 300 meters. Yes, it's not in city center, so you need to spend ~1 hour to get to at least Kadikoy. But if you need real apartment, not a small room, place has no rival. Also it's not so hard to get even to Istanbul Airport from here. When i booked Zin D, i thought that my flight will be from SAW, but it turns to be from IST. I easily ride few stops by bus (~15 min) and Havaist picked me from one of their official stops nearby (they accept cash) and ride took just 1 hour (it was at 18:30). So i would highly recommend you to stay if you do not have exorbitant requirements and you are adequate in understanding what you get by paying that kind of money. p.s. they let in with companion without marriage certificate only if you are a foreigners. Local people can stay single night only with marriage certificate

I stayed in a studio, it was clean, as well the bathroom, the bed was comfortable. Size wise ideal for one person around 26 sqm, the kitchen had all appliances, including microwave and fridge. The AC was super strong (which is excellent plus), can cool down the apartment within minutes in summer. Wifi and swimming pool was ok. Overall the building need some refurbishment, minor. The view from the top of the building is awesome! Location is good, easy to reach by metro, and around 5 min walk from the metro station.

The staff was fantastic and the location was great. Metro bus/train station was less than 0.1 miles and the unit had everything including fridge, stove, and microwave. Thanks Elef and the rest of the staff for making a guest feel so comfortable and welcomed.

Great hotel, very spacious rooms, close to metro station, supermarkets, mall. Hot water 24/7. Staff very welcoming - Elif and Sacide made their best to comfort our stay! I strongly recommend! We already know where we will stay the next time we visit Istanbul!

We staid for 4 nights/5 days and they changed the linens and towels on the 4th day. I recommend either change them on the 2nd/3rd day or do not bother since we left on the next day.

Location is ok,rooms are ok,not first class,but ok.For that money just fine.Girl on reception was very helpful,i think her name is Sacide.So were the other guys also.We were there for buisness so we were not that much in rooms.

Maybe more often to change towels.

The staff was helpful, specially Elif at the reception . The restraunt was good. It was conveniently near the metro and grocery shops.

Not enough appliances ie Toaster or oven. Iron would have been helpful.The apartment should have been cleaned at least every 3days. The fridge was not clean. It smelled bad. The stove wasnt working properly.Windows needed cleaning .

The hotel has very good position,parking and garage is available,it has great restaurant which serves dishes to your room even later in the evening. Rooms are spaceous, isolation is good so even if my room was across the elevator, no any noise and disturbing. Equipment in the room was with all necessary stuff,kitchen tools,Hygiene bathroom sets, extra pillows, even kitchen paper towels. Whatever you ask for, reception stuff will answer to your requests . Hotel stuff, including cleaning ladies, is very polite and ready to help. Especialy lady at reception desk ,named Ebru, was ready to help with all and to make us feel welcomed.

Location is good, 5 minutes to metro Dudullu. Peacefull scenery outside. Modern rooms.

Cleaning was too rare. Swimming pool was rather poor.

The apartment itself is pretty good. Big and well equip (if you are lucky and all facilities are working fine).

The staff of this hotel need an urgent training. This is quite strange that such nice hotel doesn't have professional staff to care of the business. Let me highlight a few examples: -the room clean service doesn't show up until a day before checkout -nobody cares about not working facilities in the room - even I was requested many times -receptionists were often unpolite or didn't care at all eg. my first check-in (I stay in the hotel a few time) took around 1h -be careful using the breakfast service: guys working there tried to scam me same way as most of restaurants in Turkey will try on you (read the bill VERY carefuly...)
