Vendndodhja ishte perfekte per te pare Izmirin. Personeli i hotelit ishte i shkelqyeshem, ne vecanti mikpritja e pronareve te hotelit te cilet na u gjenden prane si miq te vertete. Mengjesi shume i mire dhe i bollshem. Jua rekomandoj fort kete hotel per vendndodhjen, rehatine dhe mikpritjen.

Even the building need the renovation, and everything inside, the cleaning ladies r doing great job. Ebery day they r cleaning the room, change towels, fill water, coffee, tea.. The breakfast is standard. I liked the lady from kitchen cause she welcomed u with a big smile. Staff r very helpfull, they will help u with all of your questions. Next to the hotel is nice restaurant. Location is good for visiting sightseeing and bazar.

During the weekend it was so noisy outside. On working days its ok. I wouldn't recommend walking at night through the street in front of hotel, its a bit creepy. Maybe cause we were there before the season.. But besides the hotel, maybe 10-15min walk, u will find great street where locals r enjoying in different kind of cousine.

The location is in the center of the city. 5 min from metro stations and subway. The staffs were pleasant though then don't speak much of English. I love their selections of breakfast. I really enjoyed the hot chocolate. The rooms are getting cleaned daily. Sheets clean. Comfy bed and pillow.

You can hear the noise from vehicles and contructions going on outside 24/7. So if you are sensitive to noise then definitely not for you or else you won't be able to sleep. Also there is no English channel on the TV so it's no use for non turkish people.

The beds were quite. The water pressure was very good even if we stayed at the 6th floor. They had an elevator The staff was quite nice. The only problem there was, when we arrived, a man helped us with the luggage(not that we asked but we were greatful) and when he finished his “room presentation” he would not leave…and he would just repeat everything we were saying like “thank you so much, have a nice night” whatever. We figured he wanted money for the service and we gave him whatever cash we had(we had like 0.5€ cash)

The breakfast was not made smart. You would have mostly sides and no main dishes

Great location, very central and close to everything you need.Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned daily. Rooms are air conditioned, which is great.

Not complaining but if you are looking for peace and quiet, you won’t find it there. Hotel is located at a busy street, and it’s noisy day and night. Also our room was very small, not sure if all rooms are like that, but all in all we didn’t mind. It was great for the price.

Breakfast was good, location is convenient, close to tram and metro as well as bazaar.

The towels were quite old and some of them were torn up. Shower did not have curtain and the water was all over the place when showering. We were not able to close sliding windows all the way (they were broken) so there was a lot of noise from the street below.

The breakfast was delicious, with many kinds of traditional food. The hotel was clean. The staff very friendly. The location of the hotel was very close to the metro, train, buses and tram, however I mostly walked to go to places in the city centre. It is located on a central avenue, next to all kinds of shops. Finally, the wifi signal was good in the most times.

The rooms were old with normal wear and tear due to time. But I didn't worry because the general quality of stay and price were good for me. Some nights, it was noisy road cause of fiestas for political votes results and football championship. The other days were normal and there never was noise from the other rooms.

I was not happy with the room so complained and was given a good room which was comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city centre. It was very quiet so had a restful stay. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food available. Quality nescafe coffee and fruit juice was available. The lady serving breakfast was very friendly and cheerful greeting guests with a big smile. Also reception staff were very pleasant especially Dilek. Thanks for a great stay at an affordable price.

Lift was a bit slow and only one lift to service 7 floors

We had an amazing time in this hotel. We got a free update from the room we reserved, so we lived in a family room, large, clean, at the last floor like we wanted. Dilek, the lady from the reception, was very kind. Also, all the people that served breakfast (great and variate things there). If you want an amazing time in Izmir, reserve a room at the Kozan City Hotel, very close to the bazaar and the heart of this city!

Although I did not have any problems to stay at this property, I suggest to others to choose this accomodation because everything you need, you are going to receive it. I appreciate alot for their assistance they gave me everyday for helping me my mother which was on a wheelchair. Thanks for all the staff.
