The hotel is a good value for money. The breakfast is nice and ample, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a wellness center (to be paid separately) in the building. The room has a tea kettle which is very convenient. The location is quite far from the city center, but next to the metro line. If you need to stay in that part of the town (close to economic university) it is a good choice.

This is a tall tower with two elevators, one of them was out of order during my stay. The pillows are big and uncomfortable, the cheapest ones unfortunately.

The room was very nice, clean, good size, very comfortable bed. The view was also very nice. It is next to the metro, so it is very easy to reach anywhere in Izmir. There are many shopping malls within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice, adequate amount of variety. We loved our stay at Ramada Encore.

Our stay here was really good the rooms were really comfortable and views of the sea harbour and city excellent

Here they don't have a porter service we as a family had to carry all our luggage to our rooms and on checkout not good for this good of a hotel and to top it all only 1 lift was working the other lifts out of order and we were on 16 floor we were challenged here

The staff were very helpful and always cheerful. Breakfast was a wide selection of different food types. My room was a sea view and had all the things I required including a great shower. The hotel is part of a shopping mall hut it was very quiet. Highly recommended.

breakfast was good. but there wasn't much option for breakfast even there wasn't be sunny-side-up egg. just scrambled egg and boiled one. the rooms were a little small. the location was a little far from Citycenter and shopping mall.

smoking rooms (someone smoked in no smoking room and set the alarm going at 4 o’clock in the morning). smoking should be banned in the hotel completely. there is a notice says that guests must use their key cards to operate the lift but we never used the card so this could create a security issue as anyone can use the lift to go up ( I think there are security cameras but can they watch every floor? I don’t know)

Good selection of food for breakfast. Car park had plenty of space and easy access to hotel. Great view from bedroom windows.

Sign to car park from the road is difficult to see. One lift not working during whole stay.

The staff were very friendly . They also accommodated me when I requested an early check in .. very helpful..

I chose to pay on arrival.. and ended up paying slightly higher than what was supposed to pay...

we had a car so it was really easy to access by the car, the breakfast was satisfying, room was clean, big enough, and quiet, very nice view on the 17th floor, there are some good restaurants around the hotel

I wish there was a free gym and swimming pool in the hotel
