Lovely hotel in a great location from the beach and local amenities. The staff helped us with our taxi when they let us down and didn’t turn up. Thank you for this as I was anxious to return back to UK due to starting a new job the next day so didn’t want to miss the flight.

The room was small and room service did not clean the room on one of the days. Lighting was little to none with both bedside lamps not working. Not much variety for breakfast.

The location was amazing, the breakfast was good, the pool was clean and the rooms were clean too, the staff was friendly and we spent such a good time at the hotel, and also, the view was nice (we stayed in rooms with sea view).

On our last day we asked the receptionist to book a transportion for us to the airport for the next morning and we paid in advance and told him the exact time at which we need to leave to the airport, but then in the next morning we were surprised that there was a problem in the reservation and the car was delayed almost one hour!! We were really disappointed.. although we really liked the hotel.

There were some issues with the wifi (although in all fairness we could have complained more and maybe the issue would have been resolved - we only mentioned it once and left it alone)

the hotel is clean, well looked after, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels supplied daily , gentleman at reception very nice and welcoming , beautiful views of sea and mountains, nice breakfast and omelettes supplied on request

Was traveling with my 4 years old kid to Ketenci for 5 days but extended our stay for 9 days as we liked it very much! Surprisingly we were upgraded to Sea view room (thanks to reception staff for that, it made our stay even more happy). I should say that the view from our balcony was the best I had so far from all the hotels that I stayed in! Fantastic! Rooms are quite good - you will find everything that you need there - TV, aircon, small coffee table, tea-coffee-sugar-kettle set and even chairs on the balcony. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and responsive every time i approached them! Staff in the kitchen hardly speaks English so i faced a litlle bit of a struggle, but in the end of the day it didnt effect my stay Location is perfect - 1 min to nearest beach and to nearest shops/restaurants/bars/pharmacies. Lots of attention to my kid ) Thanks for your hospitality and thanks to staff at reception once again:)

Few days internet wasn't working in rooms at all. Keeping in mind that its a 4star hotl it was not really good. But since it happened on a weekend, it is quite understandable that it took time to fix it

mattress was too hard for my liking, and breakfast could have been a little better.
