The location was great

It was really hard to find a parking

Breakfast was adequate, but since for most of our stay, it was a plated fixed breakfast it could get a bit too repetitive. For the last day of our trip, the buffet breakfast was opened (not sure if it was because the 'high season' has officially started around that time and they had more guests or there was some other reason, but it's worth pointing out) and it was a way better breakfast experience. The location is nice, there is a bar street nearby, which can be a bit noisy until 1 or 2 am, but totally fine if you keep the balcony door closed. The cleaning is by request, which also worked well for us. Wi-Fi worked fine even in the room, but you sure get a better connection downstairs at their restaurant. We had a standard room with a street view, and it was nice enough, as it at least wasn't facing directly the windows of some other hotel. The mini-fridge is rather spacious, the hotel provided 2 complimentary water bottles. There are enough shelves and hangers to store your clothes.

One slight downside has been the staff being a bit too persistent about getting you to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. And constantly suggesting that if we want to book any excursion, we can ask them about it. While the desire to be helpful to the guests as much as they can is understandable, it was a bit much sometimes. It was a bit sad that the pool closes at 18-00 as well. The balconies are not entirely separate from each other, there is a railing up to waist level and a frosted glass above it, so it still is semi-private there, but not entirely.

Sea view room was absolutely beautiful Room was spacious. A lot of storage and wardrobe space along with a safe Beds were comfortable Bathroom was clean Lifts to get up to rooms Breakfast included but was quite basic Staff were absolutely lovely. Couldn’t do enough to help Location was perfect. So close to everything. Supermarket across the street (go here as it is very cheap). Restaurant attached to hotel 10% off for guests and it’s a really nice restaurant. Stone throw from the beach which are lined with restaurants. Bus stops very very close

Everything was perfect

The location is amazing, right in the centre of Marmaris. The pool area was nice and the rooms modern and kept clean.

The music around the pool was too loud, breakfast could be a bit better.

What an amazing place, room was well laid out and organised with everything you needed. Hotel is in a great location. Staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful most days we arrived quite late after trips and we were always greeted with a smile. Pools was really well kitted out and we could use the facilities to change and shower there after we had checked out on our last day.

Breakfast was limited but at such a cheap rate not really something we were expecting to be included anyway.

The location, it was so near to the beach, the strip and the shops and bars. The pool was amazing, so chilled and quiet. The room was wonderful and modern, you could tell it had been recently refurbished. It was a fabulous size with a lovely balcony and view, it was extremely clean with new towels every day as well as robes and slippers. The only thing was the size of the blanket, it was too small for us both, especially because we both like to be wrapped up but I asked for a second one and it was brought immediately, no questions asked. Breakfast was perfect for us, a few cooked options and continental every day. The staff were amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the cleaning staff worked tirelessly to keep the hotel spotless. It is a little known boutique hotel that I would recommend to couples looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.

There were not enough hooks for towels and bathrobes in the bathroom.

Location was really good, hotel it is obvious is quite new because everything was nice and clean. Sea View from balcony really nice. Staff on the reception was friendly and helpful.

Bed wasn't much comfortable, I could feel some pieces stabbing me laying and we get only thin blanket to cover, been told as it's standard room we couldn't have anything else. Last day cleaning I didn't receive fresh towels, my partner did. We didn't get also new toilet roll (old one run out few hours later) and new soap. Breakfast wasn't perfect too, cold food at 9/9.30 (breakfast till 10am) and dining area was bit too small for amount of people because we had to sit few times by the table with other people.

Polite and charming staff. Adequate breakfast with different options. Excellent location and the two gentleman working the night/morning shift were very helpful.

The staff need to work on their customer service skills and they failed to go the extra mile. Staff should learn to smile more and introduce their names to guests. Sadly during my stay, there was an incident involving a Turkish couple which got violent on the hotel premises, and some staff members thought it was funny when I had escalated my concerns along with other guests. Overall it was handled very well.

When you walk into the hotel, there is a sign that says ‘Asli Hotel’ and has 3 stars on it and this may be the case in terms of facilities but everything else is definitely not 3 stars. The hotel was amazing and the room (sea view) we stayed in was so nice. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Other than the breakfast (which wasn’t even so bad), I cannot fault the place or the stuff.

The breakfast options were decent but could be improved. Taste wise the food was generally good. One other criticism I have is the hotel clerk/receptionist who works in the evenings did not accept payemebt for using his phone when I needed to call American Express due to issues with my card. He was honestly such a gentleman and all th staff were so nice!

no rush to swiming pool for a sun lounger as they were valaible every day. good location, restauarnt was nice for dinner, but brekfast choice was not great for us "fry up" english people. but will return next year

only thing that could be improved is the speed of the lift, and the staff round the pool to maybe speak better englidh, but still all lovely and friendly.
