The staff waz amazing, we could not have asked for better treatment. We stayed at this hotel in the beginning of a 4 week vacay. We forgot a bag when we checked out and discovered the loss first after we came back home, the hotel had stored it in the meantime and they sent it to a relative of mine after i requested it. A big thanks to the amazing hotel manager, and the reseptionist Elvan. I will definitely stay with them again!

location was perfect for shops, bars and dining, short taxi ride from the numerous beaches, loved the pool and sunbathing areas around it. The stairs to pool are a little shaky and loose but it's wear and tear. The cable cars on mount Bagadad are a must visit so is Billies beach BBQ twice a week. The restaurant/bar called The Local a few mins walk up the road do a brilliant Roast chicken and it's a good price.

I had an attic room it was a little small but ok as I was alone, the balcony had no shaded areas though, bathroom was compact and a little small, they could do with revising the breakfast menu as it was the same every morning and they don't have bread to make toast it was baguettes sliced up. The place is like a maze because of the shape of the hotel all up and down stairs, although there is a lift its in the middle of the hotel, no good if your room is at the end of a long corridor on a half landing.

Good choice with added luxury of being able to order freshly made eggs however you want them e.g. fried, poached, omelette etc and staff very friendly and always ready to help! Great location based right at beginning if strip! Pool was spacious and clean with island in centre of pool for sunbathing

The property was very central. It was walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, food at the poolside restaurant/bar was lovely, Turkish baths within our hotel was amazing. The massage was great. Pool was a good. First time in Hisaronu and I would definitely recommend hotel and this part of Oludeniz to friends & family.

The rooms were very basic, we didn’t have a great balcony view it was looking into someone’s house or hotels staff resting area, not sure what it was tbh, but wasn’t the view we wanted from our balcony. Poolside could be bigger with more beds. You get charged for everything, a 2nd key for the room £1, no iron but have a chargeable iron service, safe £20 for a week stay. But I suppose like everything else they are trying to gain back from covid like everywhere else. Turkey not as cheap as it use to be for food/drink.

Location was 2nd to none. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was very modern.

The WiFi wasn’t great, smart TV had no signal & wasn’t connected to the internet. I like a firm bed but the bed was rock solid. The bathroom fan was super loud! It’s confusing with so many buildings and swimming pools… I think they’s another hotel in the same block, as well as the two pool bars have different prices etc.

super fun rooms (some had direct access to the pool) and beautiful lounge. my room had its own private little outdoors, which I loved. there’s a 24/7 bar and a little book library from where you can bottom books to read. the pool seemed small compared to the people around it, but I found space around it. the best thing is definitely the spa and Turkish bath experience they offer, it is the most welcoming and enjoyable experience I’ve had for a long time. Very clean and professionally held, I’d would have gone every day if I stayed longer. enough towels, 1 complimentary bottle of water and amenities in the room

All was excellent. the showers could be upgraded to something a little more esthetically pleasing

The staff were exeptional. Especally in the Restaurant where the food was good for evening meals. Cleaning staff everywhere were excellent. The room and bathroom were good and he beds excellent. The hotel spa/Hammam was the best we have seen. Pool area was clean and tidy. The hotel was central to all amenities. Poached eggs at breakfast 1st class. In room kettle and cups provided. Staff made evry efofrt to speak english

The breakfast buffet was somewhat limited. The hot water ran-out towards the end of the day it is sunlight generated so on a dull day it is limited. The bathroom hairdryer was weak? The shower frame was too low for tall peole to get in and out-of easily. The lobby bar was cold and uncomfortable during April weather. Too much loud disco music at every place in he hotel, all day.

The hotel was lovely the staff were friendly breakfast was excellent and good location

No English TV channels and the surrounding areas bars and restaurants are out to rip you off I was changed in almost every bar restaurant and shop I went into although this is not the hotels fault it kind of ruined my holiday and I doubt I'd go back

Everything about hol is so good at this hotel the staff I have never met a more helpful team.

Only small dislike I had was breakfast .got fed up with eggs could be more full English items on offer

Excellent location positioned near the strip and lovely clean rooms.

People going out before 7am and putting towels on bed and then not actually turning up to the pool until 2pm! Happened every day and staff did absolutely nothing to stop it!! There are not enough sunbeds for the number of guests!
