Beautiful design and layout. The restaurant had a variety of food options and the food quality was very good. The pools were small but well situated with lots of sun bathing chairs and all had a breathtaking view of the mountains and the ocean. Every night after dinner, there was a short entertaining performances like Turkish dance, acrobatic dance and illusion show. The way wood and stones were used in the hotel design gave it a unique aesthetic appeal. The plantation around the hotel was so refreshing and added to the overall natural feel of the place. If you are looking for a quieter place close to the oludeniz beach but in the middle of the beach chaos, this is an amazing value for money. Will visit again for sure.

Like every other place in Turkey, the Turkish people could be a bit helpful and nicer. The staff was responsive but not very welcoming or interactive. They work like robots and talk to each other, and except for a couple of girls, most all were simply unwelcoming.

Manaspark Deluxe Hotel, me, and my partner went. We had a family room with a garden. The hotel had an amazing view of the mountains and the sea. Can take a taxi to the sea front, for 250 lira, or it's 10 minutes to walk. They do have a shuttle bus in the morning, around 10:00 once a day to the seafront and back at 16:00 local time. Lots of different food to choose from, good quality, something for everyone, even picky eaters. All the staff who worked there were polite and tried to help as much as possible. If they couldnt help they got someone who could help. They even cooked fresh food in front of you in the main restaurant. It felt they provided the personal touch to our holiday. They remembered conversations, our drinks orders, and gave advice on the best places to go. The staff really are a credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is clean. 24/7 bar next to the pool, provide as much water as needed.

If I had to be really picky, the females were not sure how to make certain drinks, but I think they were new, so with experience, they will get better. We had a hard mattress, I prefer softer but my partner loved it so again that's a personal preference. The snack bar was open from 14:00-17:00 and 22:00-00:00. If you wanted some food around 23:00, the chef didn't seem happy to cook food anymore but the staff managed to get him to cook each time, but you could see he wasn't happy about it.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and there's a reason why we keep re-booking here even though the price continues to steadily rise. We stay in a 2-bedroom family room with direct pool access. We have stayed at many 5-star hotels in the past and cant understand why this hotel doesn't have a 5-star rating. The restaurant food is second to none- the best buffet lunch/dinner we have ever had. The snack bar near the pool offers freshly made pide which are restaurant quality. Staff are very friendly. Beds around pools are very comfortable, pretty much a single bed mattress.

Hotel does not have parking or a valet service. You need to park up on a random hill. WIFI continues to be a major problem at this hotel - 3rd year in a row I have raised the issue of poor quality WIFI. The price continues to steadily climb as well and hope next year it doesn't increase at the rate its going.

Staff were friendly and professional. 10 Stars out of 5 for that alone! The location is beautiful and although the resort is not at the beach, the beach is easily accessible via car ride (7-10 mins). Food was great although I would have liked some variety from time to time. Facilities are adequately kept with a nice rustic style. I would stay here again.

Drinks were hit and a miss. Some bar staff knew how to mix drinks, some didn't. Selection of drinks was very low (eg: only one type of rum, one type of whisky, etc). I understand it's an all inclusive and that's how it goes but a bit more investment would go a long way. Let's talk about the nightly entertainment - it was "ok" most of the time but please - lose the Bingo and the Karaoke. It killed the fun without fail.

The hotel has a beautiful well-kept green territory, amazing view on the valley, comfortable sunbeds, nice music. Overall personnel was welcoming, though there was some misunderstanding at the reception. Food was tasty and good quality. Fresh fish at dinner was a plus and the lady at fish grill was cheerful. Good evening shows. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The food was good in the main restaurant, but we had food poisoning after a snack bar. Pay attention at the bar: as I understood foreign alcohol was included. But when I asked to make a cocktail on gordon's gin or walker whiskey they made one cocktail, but next time the barmen looked irritated said that it was finished and made cocktails with low-quality local alco. There is a mosque nearby, so there is loud noise early in the morning. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, it was hot in the room. Noise insulation is poor, we could hear neighbors in the bathroom and slapping the doors. Overall we expected more after all the positive reviews.

Location has good view, meals were delicious and enough variety, has a big green garden to spend quality time , in overal , it was my sixt visit to ölüdeniz and, I recommend property among the alternatives in Ölüdeniz .

The hotel may not accommodate families with children. The extra bed provided for the child in the standard room was not enough. And otel requires international passport for turkish citizens whom booked via booking.com , for this time we ara allowed to check in bu only turkish cizitizen is card but next time it may not be possible for booking

Food was great. Pools are nice. Overall atmosphere is great. Mini market was convenient.

WiFi has issues. It keeps asking for passport number and room number for auth again and again. The music after the dinner can be pretty loud for some rooms. Car park space is not enough, you literally have to park onto dirt if it is full. No playground for kids. Some people are smoking around the pools.

Its location was close to the beach and town of Oludeniz and the cable car. The hotel was on a hill so that we had beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The food was 5 star and the staff couldn’t do enough for you!

Although all the facilities and rooms and the grounds were kept immaculately the hotel could do with some TLC. It has obviously been a wonderful well used hotel in the past. We aren’t complaining just stating the obvious.

Staff were fantastic, particularly in the restaurant. Mini bar was a nice addition. Entertainment every evening was good. Lovely chilled place for a holiday.

Few areas of wear and tear that could be put right during their out of season time.

Erroll is the main man and was very helpful, and 2 members of staff Filiz and Bedryie were excellent, restaurant food was very good. Free shuttle to beach is great idea. Pool side sunbeds are comfy, Security very assuring. The cleaners are brilliant. We stayed in deluxe room.

Reception not very welcoming, and Manager walked past us when we leaving without saying goodbye and thankyou. Needs to practice what he is preaching. The restaurant Manager was very friendly and his staff at meal times are very good. We heard from other guests that their rooms were dark and need upgrading, one couple ask to move but were told it was not possible. There is no need to put towels on sunbeds as the hotel provide them, but some guests started reserving particular beds (Russian and English )honestly there is no need, there are more than enough beds.
