Everything was amazing here, from the friendly and nice staff to location, cleanliness, and AMAZING Turkish breakfast. The pool was awesome as well, probably the best hotel in Pamukkale for this price. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, which is not working, almost at all. It works from time to time when the hotel is not too crowded. But if the internet is not mandatory during your stay, it is a very good opportunity to disconnect for a while and to live the moment. For sure we would choose this hotel again. Special thanks to Halim, who speaks English very well and helped us with all that we needed.

Wi-Fi and a bed smell in the bathroom from time to time

we loved our night at bellamaritimo! the location is super close to the national park (10 min by walk), the room was very clean, nice, with a balcony. we arrived late in the evening and had a nice dinner at “mama’s cooking” restaurant at the hotel. the food was amazing! and in the morning we had a wonderful turkish breakfast! it was served very cute and it contained so many different options for all tastes. very nice people own this hotel - it was a pleasure to be there! the is also a free parking space by the hotel, which is very useful. thank you very much!

1. Excellent location with hardly 10-12min walk to the Pammukale south entrance 2. Booked a dorm room but was pleasantly surprised to walk into a 'twin-room' in a hotel. No other traveller showed up so I had the entire room for myself. And even better, the sliding doors opened right to the pool area 3. Exceptional buffet breakfast, very typical Turkish menu and tastes amazing 4. Was able to check in early, thanks to the staff for making a room available 5. The entire staff are very friendly, humble and do everything to help you. 6. Rooms are typical hotel room like with shower/toilet inside, soaps/shampoos, towels etc.

as it was mentioned by many others here, the breakfast was exceptional. It's true ))) Our room was on the 3d floor, with a lovely balcony and view from it. The large floor-to-ceiling windows, big comfy bed, enough space for all your stuff and clothes etc. I guess they have good wall isolation, because we almost thought that there were no other guests around, only at breakfast time we realized how many people were staying up there ))) Nice interior design throughout the building and dining area. Friendly stuff, English-speaking as well. We'll be glad to stay here again next time we visit Pamukkale ))

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is lovely; try to get a room facing the travertines as you'll get to watch the hot air balloons taking off in the mornings. The breakfast here is sumptuous and has all the things that go with a traditional Turkish breakfast. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, and the food was great. This is a family run business, and you'll feel comfortable and homey staying here. The rooms could have slightly better lighting but otherwise all is good. We didn't use the pool as it's cold this time of year, but it seems very clean and cared for. The owner helped us to book a hot air balloon ride for just 50 euro per person (way cheaper than Cappadocia, and the rides take off just a 10 minute drive from the hotel; you get picked up). This hotel is excellent value for the cost and location. Hopefully, we can return again.

The lighting in the rooms could be better.

This is a family run business and the whole team were super helpful and accommodating. The on site restaurant is also run by that family, this is where you can get pool snacks, drinks and where breakfast is served. Breakfast was a typical Turkish affair but plentiful. We also ate at the restaurant on our first night as we arrived quite late and the menu is small but the food was nice, again, standard Turkish cuisine (kebabs/meat). We were given a room on the top floor which I believe was an upgrade, the room was enormous and the bed was massive, super comfortable and the linens were beautifully soft. The pool is fantastic, a large size with plenty of space around the edges for sunbathing, though there were only 8 loungers so I busy periods this might be an issue for ppl. The area in which the pool is situated is private and you are not overlooked. There is also a small pool at one end which might be suitable for children. There is outside seating along the side of the hotel between the restaurant and pool area. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains around the area and we had a partial view of the travertine terraces. The hotel is away from the main street of the town which makes it ideal as there is limited noise. It is still very close to the entrance to the terraces (south entrance 10 mins walk) bus to north entrance (best option) is the local Pamukkale to Denizli bus that stops 200m from the hotel.

The rooms are not very sound proof, we could hear the conversations of our neighbours but this didn’t bother us too much. And if we are being picky there were a few things that weren’t quite right such as the shower in our room, it was working fine but part of it was missing and we had very large windows with curtains that didn’t quite fit so light did come in on a morning. (This was rectified with a trusty bulldog/crocodile hair clip holding curtains together)!

We stayed at the Bellamaritimo Hotel in Pamukkale for three nights in mid-October 2023. The hotel has 24 rooms and a nice-looking pool. The hotel was in a good location for us, as it is within walking distance of the Travertine entrance, restaurants, and shops. (We highly recommend Ozbay Restaurant, which has an excellent Chinese cook; within walking distance of this hotel.) The lobby is dark and cluttered, which didn't make a good first impression. However, the room, location, and staff more than made up for this. We reserved a standard double room and were upgraded to a large room (#504) on the top floor (back side/pool side of the hotel). The room’s many windows made it a nice, bright space. There were very good room darkening curtains, a large double bed with a good mattress, a single bed, a sitting area with two comfy chairs and a table, and a separate, enclosed, balcony-room. Generally nice and quiet. (Could hear some noises from the hallway & next room, but it wasn’t bothersome.) Small refrigerator. Could see balloons float by the window in the morning. The ‘balcony’ for this room was actually a narrow room with a lot of windows. It ended up being a good space for us to dry a few pieces of laundry. The served breakfast was very nice, with many dishes and as much tea/coffee as you want. Indoor and outdoor seating. Best of all, Bellamaritimo’s owner was welcoming, pleasant, and very helpful. (While most Turkish hoteliers are wonderfully hospitable, few were as truly helpful as he was.)

The bathroom was a nice size and the water pressure was good, but we had to rig up the handheld showerhead, the toilet seat wasn’t attached, and there was a bit of a sour smell. Solo travelers might be a bit uncomfortable walking from the hotel to restaurants at night, as there aren’t many lights on the uphill walk to the restaurant area.

Excellent service, from the check-in, through dinner service and everything in between. Definitely recommended. Huge room for two, balcony, spacious bathroom. Spotless clean and delicious food. Very accommodating hosts. Easy to park in the property. A/C in the room, perfect for a mid day break after visiting the attractions around the area. Great value for money. Pro tip: ask for the local pomegranate wine with your dinner. It is something really special.

We stayed at the top level. Perfect spot to see the hot air balloons go up during sunrise. Perhaps a lift would have been nice. I don't have mobility issues, so I didn't really mind it. Ask for a lower level if you do.

Don't look for any other accommodation, because Belamarittimo is one of the best places I've ever been to. -the owner let us do a super early check in (we arrived extra tired at 7 am, after a 10-hour bus trip, so we were super grateful) with no charge. -the room was simple but functional and had everything you needed. It was quiet, and had a nice balcony where we could dry our swimsuits after going to Cleopatra's pool. -everything was very clean. -the breakfast was incredible!! We had an abundant Turkish breakfast, delicious, fresh, and nutritious. -all the people who worked in the hotel was nice, helpful, and amiable! -the owner helped me arrange a balloon flight. -wifi worked perfectly. -the location was amazing: close to the entrance to Hierapolis and the Travertines, close to the bus stop and a supermarket. We couldn't ask for more. -for dinner, we were about tired, and after a bit of hesitation, we decided to have dinner in the hotel canteen. It was a great choice! We ate at a reasonable price great food! We recommend the lamb chops, and the menemen, both were incredible. -100% value for the money. I recommend it!
