I wanna thank Ismail for the amazing experience and service, he is a very nice host, he helped me to do early check-in and helped me with everything I needed during my stay. During my stay, the weather was cold but the room has heating so I didn’t need to worry about it. He also help you to get extra services like the hot air balloon flight. There is a big common area where you can enjoy some tea or coffee. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will go back for sure. Thank you Ismail for everything!

Amazing reception by our new very happy and friendly friend! After a long hot day on the train, the pool was perfect and refreshing! Suggestions were given for food and we had a lovely time eating in the town during our stay. We met our new best friend "cinnamon" the cutest little puppy ever to walk this earth, hopefully if you visit this summer you will get see them! Breakfast was prepared at a perfect time to wake up and go to visit the sights. The second day he even went to the market for us to get some extra fresh food! Amazing hospitality by an amazing family. Great location, great area to chill during the hot sunny afternoon! Overall, 10/10, great pricing and amazing value!

The Owner Ismail is a real gem, very down to earth and friendly, I was treated like a friend. Ismail guided my about the tour attraction, HE took me on his bike to the ATM, booked my hot air Baloon ride, helped me with luggage. and even washed my car when I told him my car rental asked me to return the car clean. He went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Also the breakfast prepared by his MUM was very yummy. I felt like I am staying with my best friend. lovely and generous people and I highly reccomend this place anyone looking for a cheap and reasonable accommodation.

It’s a very affordable option for a hotel with pool in Pamukkale. It is 7 minute away from the entrance to the cotton hills.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly set the tone for our entire stay. The lovely pool provided the perfect oasis to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Pamukkale.

I Booked this hotel last minute while I was at the airport for Pammukelle, frankly picked the cheapest available option because I just wanted to rest for couple of hours. I didn't have much expectations keeping in view the price but the Owner of the Hotel Mr. ISMAEEL surprised me with his caring attitude and personalized service. He showed concerned and communicated on WhatsApp, he arranged a pickup at 4:00 am without any cost and without me asking for it, when I reached hotel, he did not even ask for the money and took us straight to the room so that we could rest. he cooked us the breakfast when we woke up, arranged the tour for us to the attractions of the city and even offered the late checkout. Being a hotelier myself and have had stayed in almost all the big branded 5 star hotels across the world, I must say that, if there is a face for the word "Hospitality" it should be Ismail. This is what hospitality is all about..... This may not be a most luxurious hotel, May not be the most equipped room but the people of this hotel will make sure that your stay is comfortable and memorable.

Very central hotel, few minutes walk to Pamukkale thermal pools and Hierapolis ruins, nice facilities, big bedroom with ar conditioner and mini bar, big bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, beautiful swimming pool right in the middle of the property, kind staff (it's a family business) and a really amazing and complete breakfast included in the price. I do recommend a 100%!

I liked everything. Maybe the internet wi-fi could be stronger. I was allocated on the third floor (#301) and the signal wasn't so nice there (but full and strong signal by reception). Maybe some power sockets near the bed would be fine too. And hangers/hooks in the bathroom would be awesome too. All the rest, really perfect!

The location is really good and everything just soo much better than I even thought. Room is big and clean, staffs are all super friendly and helpful for arranging the activities. You can find all the information you need from them. 7 min walk to Pamukkale
