I have been in several hotels in Rize, but this hotel is much better in all respects and for less money. For example, this hotel does not have stairs from the entrance door to the reception, so you don't have to lift your luggage to the reception. Breakfast is more varied. The room itself is larger and the furniture has been more carefully looked after (the renovation cannot be called "new", but at least everything works and looks normally). I will say separately about the staff. A hotel employee went with me to a separate parking lot to help me find it (it is a few minutes' drive from the hotel) - there were no free spaces near the hotel.

The fan in the bathroom is very loud and turns on with the light.

The room was very spacious and the bed was big and comfortable - it was a king bed. Location of the hotel was great - walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was very good - fairly big selection of food. We thought it was good value for money. Parking was in front of the hotel and looks to be limited number of spaces - we parked a couple of hundred meters away prior to check in and left our car where it was instead of trying to navigate the narrow streets to the front of the hotel and that was no issue.

Located in the very heart of the city, easily accessible, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was great, with a very comfortable king size bed and one single bed in the other room, also has great armchairs to relax. Very good breakfast. We loved staying at the hotel and would definitely come back!

Very clean and the staff is super helpful and kind. We had many suitcases and they helped us with it. Breakfast is very good. The location is also perfect and in the heart of the city. Everything is close to you. I loved my stay. My family loved their stay too. I strongly recommend it.

We’ve stayed here for 3 nights and it was such a nice experience. The staff were super helpful and the hotel being in the centre also made transport easy. We are already planning another trip to Rize in March and looking forward to coming back to Grand 464☺️👌

Very helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast

Shower cabin does not have a door, water comes to the rest of a bathroom. Not enough parking place, but with help of staff this is somehow solved. Once we had to park overnight on the crossroad, but this ended up without any problem.

Great Location. Apartment looked brand new and clean. Very good breakfast available.

Daily Cleaning would have been nice since there are no shower door so we had to use towels to stop running water into the entire bathroom.

The Wi-Fi did not work properly in our room. Additionally, we unfortunately had to pay for the coffee as it was not included in the breakfast :((

Good location. Walkable to Rize bus station around 20minutes. Good spread of Turkish breakfast. Cosy bed.

Shower area is not fully enclosed. Water can spilled out and wet the surrounding area.
