There is flies and bugs around and no available net on windows (don't open)! No nearby groceries (10-15 mnts) by car which is still fine. No available satellite TV - Netflix channels (Turkish TV)! Door lock 🔐 need to be fixed for our room (404)

The location is a bit far from center of Trabzon ( Meydan) by 25 mins, but still it’s good if you need to save 30 mins while traveling to Uzungul and Ayder. Also there is no shopping center or restaurants nearby the hotel. Glass and wall Sound proof needs to be more effective as we can hear the road as well as the cleaning team noise. AC control is not at my room, which i found it really strange! I’ve to call the receptionist to increase or decrease the AC temperature. Although the staff supports on that but it is not practical at all.

The hotel is immaculately clean The lady translator was very helpful, special thanks to her Rooms are big, spacious Breakfast is good enough, good variety, including fruits, thank you

Check-in delayed, turkish manager didn't seem to care much We were on the first floor, on top of the breakfast floor, the level of noise caused by chairs under our bedroom was extremely annoying, plz fiz ruber base to your chair to reduce the noise TV isn't smart, mostly turkish channels, no YouTube, no TV channels for kids. Please upgrade your TV to smart TV Ensure check-in is well managed, and when delayed, the manager has to show he cares and constantly updates us. Has no dimming lights for bedtime, especially for kids room

Good location (outside city of Trabzon), and saves 30-45 minutes each way if you are travelling to Ayder and Uzungol lake . Lot of parking space. Sea view rooms. Helpful staff. Specifically, Ms Wafaa in the restaurant.. speaks fluent English , cheerful and very helpful in meeting dietary requirements (we are a vegetarian family)

Reception staff only knows Turkish and Arabic. Somewhat difficult to communicate (only option Google translate and similar apps) . Room was nice and spacious , but bathrooms was very small.

Location, view, and the king suite are all amazing. The room is very cozy and sweet. Special thanks to Somaya, the morning female receptionist as well but i do not know her name, and Enver who kept us company every morning during our breakfast. They were all nice and helpful. The view is breathtaking. The warm jaccuzi and all. You need a car for transportation as we had rented one.

The water in the shower had not strong pressure. But it was manageable. We had ordered food for our dinner from the hotel restaurant but the food was cold and did not taste great.

I would like to express my gratitude and thank Ms. Somia and Mr. Salman, for their amazing help and recommendations. They were standing outside the hotel welcoming every guest, generous by offering help and promptly responding. They made our days in this hotel. We like the location, it save around 30 min when you plan to go to Uzangol, Ayder, Rice and so on. There is plenty of parking lot Nice sea view

Very small toilet. However, it was not bad The refrigerator switched off when you removed the card, but they were helpful and solved it immediately by dispensing another card

The suite was very clean when we checked in. All staff are very friendly and polite. Breakfast Buffet was very good and all staff there are friendly especially Wafaa.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The food is delicious and the rooms are very clean. The view is absolutely stunning as it overlooks the sea and the mountains. The staff is the best thing about this place, especially the two receptionists, Sumeyye and Sumeyye. They were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is next to a bus station. Definitely would love to come again.

The best were the staff - The Manager and ladies at reception (Sumaiya) during the day shift and evening shift. Other staff also very kind and gentle especially Salman and Khalil and even the cook was nice. Very happily stayed in the hotel.

Only one comment the breakfast was good but if few items change on daily basis will be more good. People will enjoy the change items on long stays.

We stayed in this hotel just for one night, but we liked it so much! everything was clean. the breakfast was delicious. and staff was very friendly) I’d like to recommend this hotel for short term and long term stay:) Thanks!
