Very friendly staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile. The grounds are absolutely stunning and so close to the beach. So much to do and lots to see. Loved the variety of food and drink places. They really make sure you enjoy your stay. We got to stay in the quieter Vonresort Elite section which was added bonus to our stay.

The smoking on the grounds of the hotel: Didn't expect this would be a problem since it was outdoors. But that was until we found ourselves amidst a huge number of smokers in the same vicinity. As non-smokers, this was a MAJOR turn off for me and my family and as such couldn't really enjoy the evening entertainment. SECONDHAND SMOKE is a real thing and totally unfair to non-smoking guests. It was a major lesson to be sure to look out for this when next I book a trip anywhere. LANGUAGE: English was probably the 3rd or 4th language and some of the staff spoke little or no English. This made communication a little hard

1) Staff were friendly and helpful. 2) Hotel had more than enough staff all over the places. 3) It was quite clean. 4) Quality of food was great with variety of options. 5) Location was great too. 6) Aquapark was great. 7) Beachfront and its pier were nice. 8) Hotel has enough entertaining activities for kids

1) the single bed matrass was pretty soft, so you could feel the springs under your back. They had no hard/firm matrass. 2) there was no decaf drinks like decaf coffee or decaf cappuccinno 3) lift was pretty small and often very warm inside. Outside of rooms in the corridors always hot since they did not turn on aircos in those areas 4) every night at around 21.30 there was a loud music in the hotel ( i guess due to partying in the Disco). Even with the soundproof windows you could hear the music pretty well.

Territory, swimming pools, beach, helpful staff however some difficulties with English. Gozleme - very good! Choice of drinks when having uai is good.

Choice of food average - hot dishes, quite a lot of fast food. Poor choice of fish and seafood. Rooms: we stayed at Elite building, more or less ok, hoverew furniture is old, just painted. One place to get beach/ pool towels, every time quite a long walk.

Superbly entertaining Animation team that kept us entertained every day. Yamant, Serok and the rest of the team made extra efforts to keep a buzz and fun atmosphere. Superb facilities including the water park. Beautiful garden and private beach. Not overcrowded. Friendly, cooperative and helpful staff. Very High cleanliness standards. Wide range of delicious food. Lovely spa facility.

Most staff do not speak English. English tea not available.

It is very hospital place. Check in and check out are well organised and very convenient (hotel let you check in early, breakfast is free even on check-in day; on the last day they will let you have lunch, leave beach towels until the last minute, there are showers and dressing rooms available, so you can drop your luggage at 12 and keep using hotels facilities until your transfer time). Food is always fresh, various, nicely served. Fish is offered every day. Wide variety of fruits and vegetables, national cuisine is presented as well. Beach facilities are great! There is enough sun beds, umbrellas. Showers and toilets are clean and just near the beach. All is clean, wide line of sand where you can play beach volley and other games. Hotel territory is well maintained, very green, lots of places to sit and rest. Both swimming pools are large and clean as well. Small aquapark is 3min walk from the beach and free of charge. Majority of guests are from Germany. Very friendly atmosphere. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a good value for money!

WI-fi is not always good. Especially when you are on the beach. Beach bar has limited options for kids.

Brilliant food, huge restaurant. Can sit inside or out ,family tables. AC rooms,slides aqua Park nice slides ,plenty space on sun beds. Beach had soft sand unlike lara beach. Shallow sea water even 30mtrs in sea. Plenty sun beds on beach ,literally had our own area to ourselves in peak August season ! I only booked this hotel because was getting a very cheap deal feom booking.com otherwise would not pay what other people must've paid (double the amount). 7 days here was more than enough for us ,waterpark in morning,beach in afternoon/evening. Show at night or chill in lobby bar which is open 24 hrs. Afogato hot drink at Coffee House 👌👌👌 Heads up for Furqan and Yusuf who served us with smile and very friendly guys ,and Salman at beach bar.

Could have lended us an iron but extra charge for it, extra charge for ice lollies. Could have more variety of food e.g turkish shish kebabs or other Turkish foods. Could have different.t type of desserts instead e.g cheesecakes or other sloppy type desserts instead of dry ones. Could have different type of shows instead of dancing all the time. Spa hammam expensive, got a better experience outside with mud bath ,salt cave everything included. Bazaar is not immediately close to hotel, have to walk a bit or get a taxi. .

Aquapark needs some development, maybe more slides for the kids , more snack bars

All was great. The beach was fantastic and never too crowded. Free loungers all the time, no problem with finding shadows. Great pools and aquapark, same thing with sun loungers: always something available. The room was small but enough for us. Nice and clean. Good cleaning service daily. All facilities were clean. Lots of things to do: coffee shop, patisserie, snacks all day, drinks 24/7 (great lobby bar with the best WiFi). Staff friendly and available. Good and cheap a la carte restaurants (10 euro per person, you need to book first). Food in the main restaurant - plenty, and the restaurant itself was never too crowded. It is a fantastic resort, almost like the Caribbean. Luxurious.

Food in the main restaurant was not always to my taste, but this is just me. Overall, there was plenty of food and always something to eat. The problem was variety. Almost always the same. No themed menu, no surprises. It was good and tasty but just a bit boring.

Room was spacious and clean Food was fantastic Pools and beach were great Activities and shows were nice Having access to three different hotels was a bonus for walking, jogging and biking

-No interconnected rooms available -Slides in the park are all of the same kind - became boring for the kids after 2 days -Around 1 hour drive from airport and 20 minutes from nearest mall

I liked everything from a to z The food and snack were deliciius and receptionests were helpful and friendly. The kids club was amazing ..my kids were really enjoy

Actually every thing were great and comfort . But i suggest to have a golf car for transfer from the room to the swimming pole.. that's it .
