We booked the cave hotel and it was just amazing. Room was really clean and we had private jacuzzi in bathroom. They also booked ballon ride for us. It was just mesmerising. Also the buffet breakfast is the best.

Usually Natural materials used at hotels creates problems since poor maintenance, lack of quality of a material. Smelling, ventilation, dirty look, unhygienic etc. I am not disturbed in this prooerty in that sense. So comfortable stay and recommended...
Hotel proximity not pleasantly maintained. No great view to see on public terrace.

First time staying in a cave hotel, not bad. Clean and spacious. Fruit platter and coffee tea facilities. Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodative.
The humidity smell in the bathroom, but then again, it's a cave hotel. They could have done better with the breakfast spread.

Location is great, staff were polite and responsive. Cave room could be great in better conditions.
Cave room had almost 100% humidity and was infiltrated with black mold over most walls without even a working bathroom fan. Serious health risk. Shower floods and even the sink is sloped backwards to spill water behind the cabinet. Pure derp neglect. Smaller than expected room as well and I smashed my head multiple times in low hanging areas. Breakfast basic and lacks nutrition.
