The cave room we stayed in was pretty cool and incredibly spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The restaurant is also amazing, tasty food and the views are super romantic both in the morning and in the evenings.

If we were to be picky - some of the adobe was falling from the walls of the cave room; nothing they could do about it, but furniture would get covered in it overnight, which we found a bit annoying as we sometimes had open suitcases or other stuff covered in it too. Honestly nothing you can’t deal with by just keeping your suitcases closed or food covered - and worth for the authentic atmosphere!

We loved this hotel. Staff are nice and helpful. They can give info and book activities and transportation for very reasonable prices (equivalent to what you would pay if you book online yourself). The cave room was spacious, clean and very unique. The restaurant is SO nice (the design, food and staff). Room service meals were very good and reasonably priced too.

Nothing major. Small things: going to the town where the restaurant and shops are would require going downhill/uphill. Room service meals came uncovered. The bed pillow was not too comfortable for me.

It was beautiful, the view from the top is very nice, the food was also really good and more than enough, staff is great, really prompt to help.

Everything was great, just to note, it will be good to put labels to the food (in the breakfast) so you know what to pick, there are things that are very obvious but others that you need to try to test what it is and then decide if you want it or not.

If you’ve made it to reading this review, chances are that you’re considering to stay at this hotel (Dere Suites) well from my experience, you should look no further! And trust me when i say that, ive been travelling Turkey for a number of months, and the cleanliness and the hospitality that you will receive at this hotel, you will not receive that anywhere else here in Cappadocia. Its a really beautiful clean and loving neighbourhood away from all that noise and hustle and bustle but at the same time, youre just 11km away from it (Goreme) i would suggest to stay at this peaceful luxury place with all the lovely beautiful staff that will take real good care of you and make your holiday something to remember in a good way and when you feel you require that noise, just drive to Goreme. Also many attractions is very nearby. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

The property is unique in thei sense that all rooms are carved out of natural caves and the surrounding presents a very unique serene view. The suite room which we stayed in was quite spacious including sizeable bathroom. The only inconvenience was that due to lack of any AC or fan in the room we felt suffocating at night

No AC / FAN in room was suffocating at night . Room lighting was also in sufficient. Better VEG options needed for breakfast

Everything was perfect!! the stuff,so very helpfull, giving us all the information that we needed, the breakfast, delicious, the room was exactly what I was asked, nice view , parking out of the hotel and congrtulation to everybody for their love for animals. Many citten around and Limo and Rex, the two adorrable dogs.

Sometimes there was a bad smell in the bathroom. That was the less in a wonderfull staying.

The staff was very helpful. They helped us with the tours, the balloon excursion, and the airport transfers. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes by walk to the city center where you could find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel has amazing views and a fabulous restaurant too.

The wifi was perfect outdoors but a little bit weak in the bedroom.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent situated within Ürgüp. Kind regards to Mr. Sadik and the other Hotel Managers for a truly nice stay that allowed to recharge. The integrated restaurant, who also serves the breakfast, was also a great suprise since the food was quite good. Last but not least Dere Suites has a very nice dog by the name limon, who is very kid-friendly and was a very cool companion to my Jr.

The whole experience was great. Easy check-in, very attentive and customer service oriented. The room was huge, with so many details to make it comfortable, and the best part was the amazing bathroom with a great bathtub. I would recommend it 100%! No doubt :)

The location was good; the rooms are beautiful and spacious; the hotel is very cozy, and the price is very affordable

The restaurant has minimal options on the menu, and the room service is barely available; one night, we called for room service, the answer was that they couldn't deliver any food because the restaurant was busy and the guy who answered the phone was not very helpful and friendly, and this was not a high season time.
