The hotel facilities (gym, spa, pool, sun beds etc) were amazing, as were the rooms. The location was lovely for days lounging by the ocean and swimming, and not far from the Yalikavak Marina where all the restaurants are (about a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk). The waiters were all friendly, as was the one female manager.

Taxis to the marina (or anywhere) were very very hard to come by and we usually had to walk. The reception staff were very unhelpful and could not answer even the most basic of questions regarding laundry services or restaurant recommendations or anything at all. None of the staff (except for the female manager mentioned above) spoke English so we mostly had to communicate using Google translate. This wasn’t a huge problem, but it would have helped a lot if the receptionists had been friendlier. That said, none of this detracted from our wonderful holiday in this beautiful place!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great location. I loved that it was so peaceful and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel special and cared for. The cocktails and food at the hotel are delicious. Both the pool area and the beach area were stunning, usually it’s one or the other at other hotels but you have the luxury of both at Arts. Will definitely be going back.

In bodrum , every resort is faraway from others and 15-20 mindrive from mRina which is fone , hotel decoration is amazing, food in the hotel is average , swimming pool is another story and water in the sea is clearrrrr , not crowded this time of the year👍🏻, the room is average bit good size even the bath, the pool attached with room is amazing but no privecy aince u share it with ur next rooms but fine the crew know english but not fluint which is fine but they will do the best to help you .

Perfect location, clean rooms, nice hotel, 8 minutes away from Yalikavak marina, we reserved our private yacht from the hotel itself .

Excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was okay, not many options. Hair salon was good too, the boys did a great job with my hair.

The hotel charged us for the mini bar which we never used. Also I didn’t like the spa. They overcharged us for the Turkish hamam which was okay and not that great. The lady at the spa reception was using translation app to communicate with us but didn’t understand our requirement hence overcharged us. I don’t think I’ll ever go to the spa again.

We loved the room and especially the amenities- excellent! The pier jutting out to the sea was lovely and the views from the balcony were tremendous. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The only thing we did not like was exorbitant prices on the food and beverage menu! Turkish coffee was overpriced and club sandwich we had in the restaurant was dry and insipid. We went out for the duration of our stay since it was so overpriced to dine at the hotel.

We had a great stay at the hotel - the room, the facilities, the service - everything was great! The hotel is modern, clean and has a lovely artistic touch. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. Definity our "go to" hotel when in Bodrum
