the beach is beautiful with direct access, extremely clean, staff are the most friendly. The value for money was great and the stay was worth every dollar. Very short ride to Yalikavak New Port. When we first checked-in we didnt like our room view much, and asked if we can change it. The receptionist shifted us to a better room, she was so helpful.

We had a lavish breakfast laid at our own breakfast table. Choice of food served was amazingly fresh and tasty. Breakfast area is also very pretty surrounded by green leafy tiles and white furniture which so compliment their amazing beach club environment

Would have helped if more members of staff spoke English

Rooms are comfortable, staff are very helpful in particular the two young ladies at reception who have been very helpful in addition to Ahmet, who was helping us with bringing the luggage among other things. My wife used the spa and was also happy

The room was great , I booked the room with the bath tub but they have some rooms without bath tub in the same rate so you have to ask the hotel if it is available before you make your booking . The beach was great and clean and they have some activities like jet skiing and some other water sports. the food is good the staff was friendly and helpful and I would like to thank Mojahed for his help.

The AC sometime goes on the fan mood by itself, which makes the room hot

Location and beach is great

The beach accepts daily customers who doesn’t stay at the hotel so the hotel customers can not find a sunbed on the port. This is what we are facing for the last 2 summers. Price/performance is a bit high, this service doesn’t deserve this price.

staff did not know English, for every single other services there was an extra charge which we did not know.

Location was good Nice beach

I arrived at 2:04 PM and wasn’t checked in until 2:48 PM, they let me wait and I just came from my trip and was tired. On the other hand, I haven’t been compensated. Food and drinks weren’t good enough. Most of the staff don’t speak English. In conclusion, my stay in the hotel didn’t meet my expectations.

The Miya beach club was a very nice spot to hang out in the day and the staff at the beach club were very nice.

The day staff on the front desk were not very nice towards us, they would speak about us in Turkish and thought we didn't understand. The wifi was very poor and didn't work from our room when flagged to staff they didn't really care. The cleanliness was quite average - I don't think it was good value for money.
