Location was Perfect but very noisy

A/C is switched to Heating with no other way to switch it to cool while the temperature outside is 28 degree!!! And the staff could not do anything about it!! And if you switch it off and open the window it is noisy and still hot!!!

breakfast was poor, staff very rude specially the Manager (Mart) and all receptionist disrespectful Except Mr. Park. one negative point also I gave my things for washing ( jeans, T. shirt, socks) they returned all things except socks it’s lost.

Amazing location right in the center of Yalova and along the canal. So walkable! Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi to a wedding venue and to the bus station. Hotel was very clean and updated. Room was large with a balcony (room 402). Very comfortable bed. Great shower with nice toiletries. A great stay. We were only in town for a wedding so we only stayed one night. Wish we had more time to use the spa services.

The hotel was centrally located and easy walking distance to multiple shopping and the waterfront. The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean. The staff spoke English well and were very friendly. We really enjoyed the hotel stay. We stayed in family suite, which had the two bedroom, two bathrooms, and a living room.

We drove and, at times, the parking situation was difficult and took some getting used to. There is a parking lot offsite, but it was a dance to get our car there with both directions of traffic sharing a one-lane alley. Nevertheless, the staff was very accommodating in helping us navigate it. It was uncomfortable to have to leave our key with the front desk or the parking attendant, but nothing bad happened to the rental car.

The location and the kindness of the staff

The lack of staff is the only problem I think the management should hire more staff to be the best at Yalova..I’m not blaming or criticizing the current team as they are doing there best to satisfy the guests

Everything was amazing, starting from the reception, I think his name Ali my cross fit friend he was so polite and gentleman and the girl in reception she was so professional but I’m sorry I forgot her name , I booked family suit was so comfortable, location is the best in Yalova , for sure this hotel will be always my choice in this area .

Every thing is close to hotel, I don't worry about my family the restaurants and the shops are very close to the hotel. Car parking is available put annoying

Breakfast is very typical, so not everyone could like them.

Maybe Swedish table would be better.

The hotel is small, but it may compete with the 5-star international hotels because of the quality of service and the cooperation of the team, the size and cleanliness of the room, the free services that you find in the room such as water, shaving tools, dental cleaning tools and shoe cleaning tools 😊

The breakfast was disappointing 😔..there was no buffet and the free breakfast was very simple (samples) which made me buy breakfast from the menu but the good news is that the price of breakfast was rather cheap Note to the hotel.. the room corridors lighting was very weak. needs improvement
