The pool was clean and available to use throughout the duration of our stay. The meals prepared during lunch and dinner were fantastic! Rooms service was great, and the staff were absolutely brilliant.

The breakfast is a very tired and tasteless menu. It would definitely do with more options to choose from. The rooms are a little dated and in need of some serious refurbishment. During my stay the shower poll fell off the wall onto my child's head as it was so old. Very unsafe. The sand tray in the children play area also needs to be covered at night as animals are using this as their litter tray.

I liked the fresh new paint and decor. I'm very grateful for the longer heavier shower curtain as it minimizes water splashing on the entire floor. I have always enjoyed the hot shower here. The water pressure is great.

I don't like asking for another bathing towel as they only put one in the room and my husband and I always travel there together. Once given a room number, upon seeing we are 2, it would be convenient if we were automatically given the other towel. Also, the housekeepers do not check the toilet paper roll balance. When the only one there is almost over, or even if not, then a spare roll should be there. We stayed 3 days. we struggled to have enough. As much as I don't like asking for another towel, asking for a roll of toilet tissue is not pleasant. I shouldn't have to ask for that.

This is a low-budget hotel that is quite affordable compared to many within the same location. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

Their rooms and facilities need complete makeover, like the implementation of keycard access to replace old-school manual keys, complete overhaul of bathrooms to bring in more light. The closets have good space but clearly unkempt. Lose floor tiles and the list goes on. This place has great potential, but its clearly mismanaged. The pool side gets very noisy due to likely non-resident party rentals. Management, please fix these issues.

The staff were wonderful,it was very clean,was in a great location. The bar and restaurant were very good value for money.

It’s only a small thing, but the background music was generally all American or European, I would have preferred to have listened to African music.

I liked the property. it was pretty nice and felt very much quality for a very good cost. the meals were very good!

I am not a smoker so while smokers were put in a designated smoking area it is too close to not impede none smokers. it was very intrusive too often during dinner or breakfast. the smoke was really bad.

The food, pool, coffee were good. the place is peaceful and the staff were friendly and helpful

Poor roads to get to the hotel, and the towel were not nice at all and the beddings were not good

The staff were helpful and professional, the rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was amazing and delicious with many different options to choose from each day, I enjoyed the swimming pool and the Sauna and gym very much early in the morning and at the end of the day.

The staff were amazing and friendly and prompt when requested to do room services,my fiancee and i had such a good time.The location is excellent,quite neighborhood,away from all that Kampala noise..Our guests were always amazed by how quite it was. We enjoyed breakfast more,it was always something we looked forwards too. I would definately stay here again if i visited Kampala again.

The restaurant and bar was always short staffed,but something i understand and is everywhere especiallu after the covid 19 pandemic..The bathrooms are super tiny too,i wished those bathrooms had enough room in them

I liked the food and atmosphere, it was very pleasant.

I didn't like the constant electricity outages and the WiFi is not consistent and the room I was booked in had issues with Decoder and I could t watch my soccer games.
