Comfortable,spacious room, good standard of cleanliness,comfortable bed. Breakfast - excellent, good varied choice. Very helpful desk clerks

Only problem during the stay - there was a fire alarm. I left my room with others in my door and walked down the stairs outside and round to the foyer. There were no announcements about the problem. Nobody seemed to be in charge of the situation which worried me if there had been a real fire.

Lovely location, close to highway yet still sort of in the midst of nature, funny layout of hotel with a more modern part and a traditional part. I stayed in the traditional part: large, very well layed out rooms, ckean, nothing to complain about. Staff is super friendly.

All communication send in advance is exclusively in French, all menu’s and other info only in French. The place could benefit from a slightly more international approach

Location is great

The property is good they could invest more in cleaning the back of the hotel, it is full of garbage, it looks disgusting, furthermore, they should invest in the development of their employees, the lady that helped us with the check out was good however the guy that did the check in spoke very poor English, he did no understand the questions, in the end we gave up.

The room was nice and clean, and it had everything we needed for a five-day stay in Paris. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions in Paris, but because of that, it offers you a quiet good night's sleep with no disturbances. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent; the food was tasty, and you had different options to choose from. There is also a nice restaurant that you can visit for your dinner plans.

The check-in is at 3 pm, which is a bit late when you have an early morning flight. But they allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel while waiting for the rooms to be ready. The location is a bit far from all the tourist attractions, but we knew this when we made the reservations. There are options for public transport close by, but we opted for Bolt and Uber. Depending on the time of the day, it took us 20 to 40 mins to get to the centre.

The hotel lobby was really nice .the location for us was perfect 5 minutes by car to Chaville where is my son house.the location of the hotel near of Meudon forest is a plus.there was some problem with our room when we arrived but they changed very quickly.the breakfast very good with a very good staff thank you

Superb location for seeing Paris sights good clean interior.

Car park was badly potholed right on entry and exit points. You nearly always ended up hitting the crater sized potholes which was a shame as it’s the first thing you see on arrival at the hotel. Interior on our room wing was looking a bit tired. Could do with a decor change. Finally our bed valences were badly stained especially in room 7.

The room was spotless - we couldn't fault it!

We had to ring reception for more tea bags as they hadn't been refilled in the morning. But, other than that, it was a great stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to speak English, even though I speak French.

The location and price are excellent. Over all the hotel is pretty clean.

The drains in the shower didn't work as well as they should have. The room smelled musky and it wasn't exactly fresh and clean. There were no screens on the windows and a bunch of mosquitoes came into the room and ate us up. So you can't open the windows. The super annoying toilet lid wouldn't stay up.

Easy public transport to access the main tourist attractions. Very good service from the staff and very dedicated. The hotel is very beautiful. There is a park next to the Hotel which is very good with children.

The bathroom sink in one of our rooms was clogged. In two days we received only one towel, while we were a couple. Restaurants and supermarkets are not close by foot (you have to walk a lot). The price of the Hotel's restaurant and breakfast is quite expensive (but it is in the Paris city standard).

The room was spacious enough for a family of 4, great beds, balcony with forest view, spacious bath room. Great breakfast with plenty of choice for all in a nice setting. Parking available next to the hotel.

Bus connection to Paris metro network (Pont de Sèvres) is a bit challenging, especially the return route with bus transfer needed.
