The location of the hotel is nice. It's not far from a station and there are two convenient stores nearby. It was also near Aeon which is around 10 minutes walk. It's nice to stay here if you consider the distance/commute to the airport. Staffs are also very friendly.

The room is a bit small for two people. I wish there are more space. There is an ice machine, but no bucket provided in the room. Also, even the room looks clean, I found an insect inside.

I selected this hotel because I was familiar with Best Western hotels and didn't think I could go wrong. The accommodations were excellent and comfortable. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I was looking for a mailbox to return our pocket wifi and the lady at the desk even walked across the street to the nearest mailbox to see if the box would fit. When we determined the box was too large she printed out a map to the post office that was just a few streets away. She really went out of her way to help us. There was also a park nearby. Lucky for us there was a festival going on at the park the day we arrived so we enjoyed delicious food and great entertainment.

Nice hotel. Staff was nice and welcoming and helpful with the buses to get to the airport the next day. We only used the room, no breakfast. The photos match the property. The room is bigger than most rooms in Japan. Very firm bed as I like.

The gym was closed since last year and that wasn't on the description. Nothing else except it could be closer to the station or have a pick up possible as we walked pushing our heavy luggages.

Location is great, plenty of restaurants around and if hotel parking full plenty of close by options to park car (cheap). The Izakaya inside the same building at corner is awesome. Best staff vere - so friendly. Had great time there. The rooms are Japanese standard size but very modern and comfortable. We wished to have had this kind of room all over Hokkaido. Bedding fantastic and bathroom great too. New, modern, clean, stylish....we loved it!

This is not the first time we have stayed here - and again, we were not disappointed. The Hotel is very conveniently located, so close to the train station and just a two stations away from New Chitose Airport. There are also many restaurants nearby - including one excellent Izakaya on the ground floor. The staff are polite, helpful and efficient. They communicate well in English and are knowledgeable about the local area and facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained - and spacious enough for a short stay.

I really cannot think of one negative comment. This is the third time I have visited this hotel. Perhaps if you were travelling with a large amount of luggage over winter - the room size might be a little snug for a long stay.

first time ever a hotel provided a bloster in which a bonus to me, very confort and easy to sleep the whole hotel buidling is non smoking room hotel the hotel is very new neat 7-11 just next door the table size is good enough for people who travel might have to work in the hotel room

the sleeping cloth looks very old fashion, looks so funny, i refuse to wear it, lolx

This is the best place to stay in Chitose. The price also very reasonable with all complete facilities. The room very spacious with lot of space to park your big luggages. 7eleven store is next to the door. Really convenient. Taxi charges from hotel to airport is around 2000-2500yen only and takes around 10minutes to reach airport! Really recomended for those who want catch the flight in early morning

Great hotel for those who need to stay near the airport or save some money when everything in Sapporo is fully booked during festivals. Personnel is really helpful and they speak good English - when I arrived around 11pm they called around the restaurants to check which ones are still open. Rooms are slightly more spacious than in typical Japanese hotels, and have everything you need. Breakfast is good as well. Location is about 6-7 min walk to the station, and the convenience store is next door

Wish there was an onsen in the hotel

i made reservation a room for 3 and the room is very nice , big and clean. it have a tiny living room with sofa to watch TV. windows can be open for fresh air in winter . The AC is available for cool and heater in winter . car park available but limited space and cost 800JPY for 1 night stay . and the price is really interesting Front officer is nice and easy to communicate in english .
