The location was fantastic, the staff was friendly, parking onsite, for an added $28 per night which is standard for the area. The room had a microwave and little fridge which was very nice to have. It's a quick walk anywhere on the West side of Waikiki and the Ala Moana beaches. The city view balcony was wonderful.

No breakfast available. Honolulu is extremely expensive, getting a hotel with breakfast included is a huge benefit.

Big room, very spacious and clean, well provided (coffee maker, TV, air conditioning, etc). The location is great, very close to Waikiki Beach, the Ala Moana Shopping Center and the main streets. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has lots of amenities (pool, cool water dispensers, washing machines, etc).

The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the air conditioning machines, they do the work but the one in our room was a bit noisy.

Location is very central to everything! Bus stop at the front for Express Bus to Waikele Outlets ($3 pp), need to walk back from the bus stop as E Bus does not stop right at the outlets. It’s 10 mins walk. E Bus also stops at Ala Moana Centre. You also have other Buses 40, 42, they all go to Ala Moana Centre. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they are very warm and friendly and gives you a lot of local information. We stayed at another hotel after our cruise and it’s more expensive than Ramada but we did not feel the same warm welcome. My husband says that he’d prefer to go back at Ramada again just because the service feels more welcoming and personal. You are not treated as a number.

The hotel is not flashy a bit old but clean and no frills. No kettle.

The room was really nice, big enough and convenient with a microwave, fridge and coffee/tea machine. The room was very well cleaned everyday and the bed made. We had a nice view over Waikiki facing north. The swimming pool area is pretty nice and quite always empty so you can enjoy.

The staff is never looking at you or saying hi/bye when you come in/out, kind of weird, almost awkard to just enter a hotel and go to the elevator like that, I felt I didn't belong. At the end of our stay, I asked a clerk about a lost sweater and he went kind of moody because he misheard and thought we wanted to check-in again, he should have asked again to make sure instead of going moody on us. The walls are not so isolated, we could heard our neighbors everyday...

All the convenience in a hotel / motel. They thought of just about everything you needed while on vacation. The luxuries of a larger hotel would have been nice such as a spa, in house cafe and sandwich shop but overall good if you go out often for touring the island, etcetera.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking for the length of a 10 day stay. It should have been free. Aside from the AC automatically set to turn on and off was noisy, the toilet water tank kept refilling and noisy as well. Overall, good stay, just these few things gave it a lesser rating.

We were able to walk to quite a few attractions. The pool was wonderful. The laundry facilities were so helpful, and actually much needed in that climate. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

Definitely the parking. Not just the hotel, the entire area. As for the hotel specifically, they charge you to park in a tiny cramped lot that gifts your vehicle brand new dings every morning. There's also not enough room for even most of their customers; there's an overflow lot and it's just not convenient. Especially for $26/day.

I liked how affordable it was to stay here for a family of 3. Best price by far compared to other hotels in Waikiki. My main reasons to stay here were for the wifi that's included with your stay and parking was less than half the price compared to $50 a night for parking at other hotels. This was very important since we had a rental and I needed internet to check in for work on some occasions. Great location, about a 10 min walk to the beach and shopping places around the area. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and very responsive when you needed something. Our room was cleaned every single day and stocked with clean towels. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

I didn't like that they did not have a bar or eating place inside the hotel where you could order room service but I guess that's why you have all the stores at walking distance for that reason. There are a few restaurants next to and across from the hotel that you can walk to.

Everything. Proximity to everything, close to bunch of things like the mall beach activities, staff was good, the amenities were good. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in my room my friend didn’t have one and she stayed at the fancy resort. This isn’t five star by all means but for a place to sleep and everything this checked every mark for me. I would def stay here again.

Guess the updates seemed little old.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. Mostly the cleaning lady in the 12th floor. I had a work emergency and I needed to use the room for several hours. She worked around my schedule patiently and was able to do the bed and clean the bathroom during one of my breaks. Thank you! She was absolutely fantastic!

I had to book a single night stay as the airline we were flying with changed our departure date by 24 hours and the place we were staying was fully booked and couldn't help us. I was advised early check-in could only be confirmed on the day, so I called the morning we had to move accommodations and was able to check-in early. This saved us a lot of extra stress as we were able to safely deposit all our bags in the room and enjoy another beautiful day in Hawaii. The room and bathroom were smallish but nice and clean. Front desk were very efficient and offered maps if we needed them. A short walk to Ala Moana Shopping Mall and over the road from the Hilton Lagoon and Waikiki Beach.

Aircon unit was quite noisy when sleeping. I think someone may have smoked in the unit previously, but the smell disappeared after we turned the aircon on.
