The staff was amazing and so helpful. Everything was so clean and they ensure that you feel safe the entire time. The laundry facility for guests was so convenient and inexpensive for coin op. There are convenient vending machines, ice machines and atm to use on the property. The view of the skyline was amazing to see the sunrise. There is an elevator that makes the 4 floors easy with a curtsy cart ready to use to unload and load up your car.

The complimentary breakfast could definitely use some TLC from the owners. The options are limited and basic at best. Great this facility has a pool, no hot tub, but it is also only 4ft deep and not heated.

The hotel location was very convenient, bus stops near by. Travelling via bus was a breeze. Safe and secure location. Restaurant/fast foods walking distance. Target was like 4 bus stops away. There was a pho restaurant, boba/dumpling shop and Mediterranean food nearby. The room was as shown in photos. I like the fridge bigger than your average mini bar fridge. I like the microwave and mini sofa in the room. Front Office team were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Saiman! Breakfast was complimentary: got apples, fresh milk, cereal, bread, to go pastries and maruchan noodles.

When you first enter the room smells a little bit old probably because of the A/C being turned off. But after a few hrs of ac running, it went away. The TV remote was broken but I was able to use the direct TV modem to switch channels which was fine.

The staff member who checked us in was very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in since out flight landed at 10:00 AM. I believe his name was Tommy. Thank you, sir! You were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have adjoining rooms. And the location was unbeatable. We're already talking about visiting again and we'll definitely be staying at Howard Johnson!!!

The bedding was a little scratchy.

Facilities are working. Beds are in good shape. Rooms are clean.

Breakfast is a joke. Coffee and pastry. No fruit or cereal. No proteins whatsoever.

Booked 2Q. We were allowed early checkin at 2, and given a suite with a lockable bedroom, 2 tv's, 2 fridges and 2 a/c's. One fridge and a/c were unplugged and we never used them. No dining table or couch but desk, chair, tables, power and charging outlets, lights, dressers, mirrors, big closet with extra blankets /pillows. One sink, outside the bathroom. A window in each room, and the inner bedroom window had a beautiful expansive view of PCC (city college) which is in front of the hotel. Clientele polite. Staff always around and approachable though we never needed to contact them. Canopied picnic spots and a vending machine along the parking lot.

Outside corridors so-so, but the inside of the room was very clean. B'fast was bread, small packs of whipped butter, jam, wrapped pastries, low fat and whole milk, dispensed rolled oats, cheerios and frosted cornflakes, OJ, tea, hot water, etc. No fruit, but plentiful and adequate.

This is, hopefully, an addition to my first review. The fan inthe bathroom was almost silent and you couldn't hear it outside of the bathroom. The door hinges were balanced and well-oiled and silent. This makes a difference when someone is up and down at night. The staff was superb, as I mentioned in my first review. This place is a hidden gem!

Tiny details I mentioned in my first review. VERY minor. The bed table light had only one, bright light that could be a problem if one person wants to read and the other wants to sleep. Again, Not a big deal.

the room was large which was nice, lots of space for 3 adults. the rooms were clean, the hotel was siutated nicely, close to the main shopping area.

we didn't fancy the free breakfast, our first day we went down for breakfast and there was only 2 slices of bread and a half jug of milk. So we just went out for breakfast each day instead.

The breakfast was the usual breakfast offering …waffles. I didn’t eat breakfast. Took my own herb tea since none was available.

We booked this hotel thinking there was a swimming pool. It wasn’t even opened and was a very small pool.

The room was nice - clean and well appointed. The door lock worked well! The staff were all helpful and friendly. The wi-fi was superb.

The mattress was a little lumpy. The breakfast offerings are very limited: bread, pastries, cold cereal, and ramen cups. The coffee was good, though.
